I have been going thru this adoption process for a year and Chris Hall has not been able to fill out the form 5191 Affidavit disclosure of Expenses correctly. Every time he completes this form and files with the court it is sent back due to not being completed correctly. He was sent this form again over a month ago and it still has not be re-filed with the court! My adoption case has been stand still because of Chris Hall. I wish he would reach out to another attorney in his office or figure out how to fill out form 5191 Affidavit Disclosure of Expenses! This is ridiculous! I do not recommend Attorney Chris Hall
