There is no excuse for anyone treating you this way. As grandparents, we understand the emergency needs of small children and we would never deny them the use of a bathroom. The photos you took are of what used to be restrooms. Due to a plumbing issue that occurred when we expanded, there is no water to those particular bathrooms. We have another restroom that does work that we regularly let customers use. I don't know why you were turned away today, but I assure you that this was not a company policy. We pride ourselves in providing a quality shopping experience and will not tolerate or continue to employ those who are not in keeping with our company image. Loyal customers are the reason we exist and prosper. Again, we apologize for the treatment you received today. It won't happen again.
