I definitely recommend you go). Lauren Hermes honestly made my experience! Purchasing a home was so easy and fun, I didn't feel stressed out because Heather and Lauren were able to assure I'd find my perfect match and they were both friendly and easy to chat with. Lauren was on top of scheduling the viewings and I don't think there was a day we didn't speak throughout my search. If Heather was unavailable to show me a property Lauren did and vice versa. They were both always honest with me in regards to the homes I was interested in and were able to answer my questions within minutes or 2 hours tops. Heather and Lauren were always professional with me and I never felt obligated or pressured into looking at anything I didn't want or liked, or to make an offer. I was so happy at the end Lauren even did a little happy dance with me after we signed and she was kind and fun enough to take a picture and so a boomerang with me. I really enjoyed her personality and enthusiasm for me. I highly recommend coming here if you need help looking for a home and being fully informed.

Not only was this a fresh experience, but I'm also new to the area, and she helped orient me to my new surroundings, as well as show me the hotspots. Lauren proved to be extremely knowledgeable and efficient in her efforts to see that every step of the way, I knew the what's and why's of the process. She even managed to set up the closing to where I wouldn't have a mortgage payment until two months after I moved into my home. I highly and happily would recommend Lauren to anyone in search of a competent and knowledgeable realtor while they searched for the home they want.

When it comes to a company managing one of your most expensive assets, your home, who that company…read moreis - is extremely important. Saw on another review site where they had hundreds of positive reviews - and started to dive deeper in their reviews and that's honestly what stood out to me - to make me choose them. It wasn't their positive reviews - it was actually their negative reviews. Almost every single negative review was addressed - but not with a simple, generalized statement. But with extensive details that explains why the tenant is upset and how the company tried to resolve it, and sometimes the issue is that the company was protecting the homeowner. Now Copper Key Realty took over my home to manage during the height of the COVID-19 pandemic and there was some adjustments as mostly everyone was working from home - but overall it was a smooth process. Ms. Cheryl Strong was available via e-mail and quick to respond to any questions - never made me feel like I was wasting her time - before I signed the dotted line to commit. Also, whenever I spoke to staff - whoever answered the phone always tried to answer my questions or concerns. They never tried to pawn me off on someone else. The contractors they use, they pass the savings onto the homeowner. Looking through the itemized repair list - I definitely could have paid more prepping the home to get tenant-ready. Seems like documents and payments come through like clockwork. Whoever takes the pictures and lists the home does an amazing job. There was 'conversations' of what I wanted to list the home for - yet due to the amazing work of everyone - from the minute the home listed to the minute the listing was taken down was only 72 hours! But it was all this and more that stood out to me from when I compared it to other management companies. Those things being that their website and portal stood out, fees were simple to understand, and being an animal lover they don't seem to charge a monthly pet fee to the tenant. (As other companies do) Definitely happy with my decision and as long as the relationship remains positive I can definitely see myself using them to also sell the property whenever that may be.

I own properties in several states and cities. I used their services to manage three houses for…read morejust over a year and I learned the hard way that they are not a fit for me. Like everyone else, tenants come in all shapes and sizes. Some are reliable, some need some coaxing and babysitting. It is always a balancing act and I am sure that there is not a magic formula. Copper Key's go to is to just push out notices. If someone is late, they get a notice. If they remain late, Copper Key wants to move to evict, rather than spend the time to find out if they can make the relationship better. Their collections manager (not sure if that is her title) even told me once, "We can't keep having to follow up with them every month." To be clear, they **can** do that. They **choose** not to. That is their right, but it is not the business style that my other property managers use. Look, no one likes late / flakey tenants, but that is a part of the territory. They evicted two of my three tenants. When they finally as much as insisted on evicting the last tenant, I decided to change management companies. When I called the owner, she said, "What happened?" I asked "do you want my honest feedback." She said that she did and so I shared my concerns. What followed, about two days later was a very long, detailed, **nasty** email explaining to me why they were right and I was wrong. I was more than a bit surprised. I have had more than a few business relationships in my life. When the counterparty wants out I say, "OK, thank you" and wrap up the business relationship. I would **never** send a nastygram like I received. Granted, all of the facts in that email were accurate. I do not dispute that. I am just left wondering why she spent what looked like **hours** drafting an email to express her grievances during what she told me was her busy season. Then, to add insult to injury, they renewed a lease, did not collect a dime and charged me a year worth of management fees. If you are looking for them to manage your property, read their contract carefully before you sign and ask a lot of questions.

I am made my big move from California to Clarksville, TN and Mary Ann has been THE BEST. I contacted a few realtors to help me find a rental. Either they didn't care to help because it was just a rental or they just were not finding homes for me where I wanted. Mary Ann went out of her way to help us. Her and her husband are such nice people. I am so glad we met them. Very thorough and on top of things. The fact that she was on the same page as us, found us great homes to rent, just shows us how awesome she would be to find us a home to buy. If she was amazing at finding us a rental, can you imagine how great she will be finding us a home. I highly recommend giving her a call.
