While we have a newer building this church is celebrating it's 150th year. Founded by German Catholics some of the German traditions still exist. The most German of all is our annual Sausage Supper. What could me more German than sausage? Oh yea beer. There is always beer served at all major events. This church was at one time had the largest community in the St. Louis metro area. Our population has shrunk over the past 10 years where we are no longer even in the top 10. But big is not always better. St. Joseph's offer many spiritual services in addition to a fine kindergarten through 8th grade education. We have so many groups that we built a multipurpose building to hold the many functions. I can list a few functions Father's club, Mother's club, AA meetings, bible study, devotions and charity works. None of which I go or belong to. I use the church for my devotion and spitual needs. Oh if you want to go to Christmas or Easter mass get here 45 minites ahead of the start of mass or you will be standing.

The main church I believe is Chesterfield where Pastor Greg speaks from. It is "onscreen " live from Chesterfield at the Fenton branch. Pastor Greg actually talks about scripture, and does it in a very understandable way. You can be as involved as you want, or like the anonymity of a large church.
