The Jolly Colliers is a traditional English pub located just outside Coalville town centre. It is a few paces away from Stephensons community college. This is by far the best pub in the area. The landlady is fantastically friendly and accomodating and the people are superb. The atmosphere simply can not be matched. They offer a wide selection of beers, ciders and ales, all priced very reasonably. If you are looking for somewhere to unwind, hassle free this is the place to come to. There are many regular nights including a quiz night on the sunday, as well as darts nights and various others. Food is also available most evenings and a basic but good value menu is available. I would heartily recommened this as one of the best pubs in the area. read more
