When I complained, I was met with uttermost rudeness from the waiters. Furthermore, when I asked for the manager, the waiter introduced himself as the manager, even though this was an obvious lie. Ps. The cockroach in the middle of the restaurant is just the icing on the cake. Inside the ceiling coming down, the windows more than dirty, the place messy, outside the tables not stable, the wooden chairs without cushions, no candles on the tables, with bright lights (like floodlights) shining to the inside. It's hard to see the cathedral when blinded by floodlights beaming down. Incredible how Mallorquin owners (this one is not the only one) let places rott down, not being able to invest a bit back.

The outside terrace is nice and large, enough to fit about 15 tables. The inside is small, like Irish bar small with six tables. Like everywhere in Spain you have the full bar; hard liquor, beer, coffee, soda, etc. No seating at the bar though, definitely not enough room for that. The menu is pretty American; burgers, pizza, spaghetti. I got the Mexican burger. It was good. The bun fell apart on me so I had to finish it off with a knife and fork, no big deal. Differences between this guacamole burger and the one in the states: the guacamole sauce is thin. I'm only guessing that the haas avacados don't make it all the way out here, so what they get is stretched. The bacon is limper, fattier, and doesn't have that wholesome smoke flavor. The hamburger was lean and delicious, perfectly seasoned. Overall great burger, service was on par.
