Do not go here. You may get some temporary relief, but it isn't worth it. They will not file your cancellation requests properly, and continue to auto-debit from your account and claim it isn't their fault. They act like they're doing you a favor when they give you back part of the money they stole from you. Customer service is mediocre, at best. Will not correct customer service failures except for only partially, then argue and makes it out to be the customer's fault. Will not be returning. Go to Durden Chiropractic Clinic in Tyrone!! They're super nice, work with you, double check with you on any charges they make, and don't insist that you need to come multiple times a month. Doctor Desai will truly correct your chiropractic issues, and is friendly and helpful while doing so. You only need to go in once every few weeks to stay feeling great. read more

Don't see Dr. Westin! He refused to do an adjustment today and instead tried to sell me a package. I asked for an adjustment and he literally told me to "go walk it off", handed me a brochure, and told me to come back once a month in order to give me an adjustment. I am not pleased. I really like Dr. Chase who is there over the weekend. I paid $40 for nothing today. Guess I'll pay $40 and try again tomorrow- hopefully Dr. Chase is still willing to do an adjustment without the run around. Update: I noticed the reply below and um... Was there yesterday after not being there for a year. There was no wait. Staff is friendly. Guy checking us in was super attentive and funny. Chiropractor i got had me feeling right after a few mins. I need to do better at getting peoples name to include them in reviews but overall 5 stars for the Newnan Ashley Park location!! Nothing compare to the Atlanta locations i been to. read more

Being that I am 5 months pregnant and had previous issues from a car accident. I decided to restart my chiropractic care. I was looking for a new practice that would be fast to see me on the spot & reasonably priced for multiple visits. I called this location and spoke to a very friendly receptionist who said I could come in same day. When I went in she was very personable and knowledgeable as was the chiropractor. After getting adjusted and being given so great at home stretching routines I was on my way out feeling much better. read more

The chiropractors at the Newnan location are great. Dr. Kiser is the man to go to on Tuesdays and Thursdays for neck adjustments and to Dr. Peggy on Wednesdays for hip adjustments. The Dr's on the weekend are great too. The front staff is always friendly and helpful. It is nice to be able to get in and get out quickly and not have to sit and wait forever on the Doctor like at a typical Chiropractic office. read more

If I could give this location 0 star I would. They advertise that they close at 4 on Sunday. I called for directions at 3:40. I explained to Jennifer (?), she refused to give me her last name, that I was in the plaza and just needed to know a landmark. Her only concern was reminding me that they were closing in 10 minutes. I told her I understood that but I again stated I was in the plaza at Barnes and Nobles. She then wanted to know if I was a new patient. I explained that I was already a member. After going back and forth with her, she finally told me they were near Barnes and Nobles. She seemed more concerned with closing on time than with helping me get there on time. I arrived prior to 4:00. As I entered and scanned my card, Jennifer never greeted me. I sat for a few seconds waiting for the chiropractor. She never even acknowledged that I was there. After receiving treatment, which by the way, was excellent, I was on the way out. Jennifer still did not acknowledge me or even say goodbye, nothing. I then asked for her name. She would only give her first name. I'm unsure if that is even correct. She wasn't wearing a name tag. This is not the way to treat clients, new or old. If I were not already a member of The Joint, I would never become a member based on my interactions with "Jennifer" and the way she spoke to me on the phone and her complete lack of courtesy once I arrived. I love the franchise and use my membership often and at many locations, including out of state. The staff is usually friendly and they have always greeted me upon arrival. I recommend you avoid this location. read more

I've been a chiropractic patient since a back injury about 45 years ago. Seen many chiropractors and types of business models. The joint is not set up for insurance, so they don't have the overhead associated with dealing with insurance companies, claims, etc. So they can focus on regular chiropractic care at a greatly reduced rate. Terrible establishment! Their adjusting is mediocre AT BEST! They are rude and make many blunders in their handling and communicating of information. Before going here look around at other reviews of the place, there are plenty of bad ones that should help discourage you! I recommend Dr. Matt Davis at crossroads chiropractic if you are looking for a GOOD chiropractor. The Joint is nice on price but PLEASE keep in mind that you get what you pay for.
