I was given a posture brace and exercises, but still experienced a significant amount of pain nearly every day. I finally got fed up, ripped the brace off, and called Madison Chiropractic. They got me in the next morning. Let me tell you... my mind is blown. After the first visit, I felt like I could move in ways I haven't moved since I was a kid. I felt a little sore, but the original pain was much less significant than before. The next day, Dr. Royster had me come in again, adjusted me further, and I did not feel an ounce of pain the rest of the day at work. I could do everything I could do when I first started my job, not only without pain, but with a much further range I had in the first place. It's not just the results that matter. Dr. Royster is incredibly knowledgable, and he wants to share his knowledge with you in a way you will understand. I had to watch a few videos before my visits, and they were educational and helped me get a grasp on how connected one problem is to another. He also gave me some diagrams and literature and used them to explain my specific problems and the plan to keep me from relapsing. THIS is what a doctor should be. I had been going to PT for several months and needed to set up an appointment as soon as possible, as some residual lower back pain was coming back. Nathan at Mindful Motion referred me to Dr. Schupp, and the office accommodated my last minute request with an appointment the very next day! Dr. Schupp asked me about the history of my back pain and was extremely thorough in making sure I was comfortable with all of the adjustments. He asked me over and over whether everything was alright and I said yes, please, I will do whatever it takes to fix this back problem. Sessions are generally 60 minutes for initial appointments and 15-20 minutes for follow-ups. I left feeling like a train that had finally been put back on its rails! I'd totally recommend Dr. Schupp for any back pair or injuries.

My advice is to not give them a card that they "keep on file," - charge before showing you a bill. LSM apparently operates defending - unknown charges - by not replying on the(re) litterally missing date(s)/description(s) on "receipt(s)" amounts. Would also recommend to get a copy of your xrays before you pay - cash with receipt. In 9 days; I have tried to talk to the secretary in person- only person in line (Kim at 2702 Monroe St. Madison WI 53711), email (central@lsmchiro.org), email the one she provided(lsmbilling@lsmchiro.org), called the number she provided ( 608-318-5929), and emailed another email that the person on that number gave me (srago@lsmchiro.org).  All with no explanation of the additional charge of $83.57 beyond my normal copay of $25 and refusal to provide me copies of my xrays. 11/24/25; I mentioned how I only had 1-2 appointments left on my insurance (i could not afford the multiple visits a week without insurance) for the year after all being used at LSM in a couple weeks for an injury that my work required written updates till next appointment to keep me on light duty.  Instead of less appointments per week (1), Dr. increased to 3 and told me to file for workers comp that durning my first visit; 13 days ago; was told that would be not worth it since low probability to prove.  Secretary overhead and provided me with forms for workers comp and told me that my bill for the day was more than my copay as in my previous 8 visits; that she could not explain in my receipt. From my perspective, and easiest explanation was a coordinated effort to back charge 4x-5x amount of each visit to workers comp instead of negotiated amount with my insurance, charge me additional fraudulent amount to force me to try to make it happen while withholding my xrays trying to prevent me to going to another doc/office...?
