I've been waiting for this place to open up for a little bit since it's a few streets away from my house. At the time they had a special offer printed on their windows to text them for a free session. When I came in they actually honored that even though it's no longer being advertised. I've been going to chiropractors for the past 6 years and I've been to at least 14 different chiropractors in California. I'm pretty familiar with all the adjustments and positioning and comfortable with treatments. What I liked about this office was at it was easy to check in, and they kept me apprised of the wait time as well as how many patients were ahead of me. They had me in the waiting room in the front and then moved me in the back. It was really weird though seeing other people get adjusted in front of me, so if you're uncomfortable with an audience, it may not be the greatest experience. Dr.Trevor was very thorough and because I was used to being adjusted we kind of went through the motions quickly of being diagnosed. I haven't gone to Chiro for about 3 months and desperately need an adjustment. He was thorough and made sure that he focused on the areas that would give me the most relief. I was quite stiff so he had to use different techniques to get the adjustments done which shows me that he knows what he's doing since he didn't force movements that would injure me. I signed up because it was a deal what they were offering as a monthly plan. It would be roughly what I would pay for 1 session in CA what I would pay for 4 here. I came back a second time and I really appreciate it open late since I could go in at a time that was convenient for me. My kids were welcomed and had a place to sit as well. Dr. Trevor followed up with an email showing me how to ice and stretch to prevent soreness and help prolong the treatment in between sessions. I travel for work and landed and got turned around, I called to see if they could take me if I was 2 minutes late, literally and the jerk who answers the phones on Monday was so rude. I explained my situation and he responded "we close at 7". i confirmed even if I was 2 minutes late and he again told me "well since we close at 7, no!". so much for trying to help me with my pain. ps I have been to Joints all over and usually they are all so nice and helpful, this one was not so much! read more

I went in to sign up for the $79.00 promotion they have. Before I am seen I offer payment and was told they will take that after. Tell me why my bill comes out to $118? I ask if it was tax (knowing that's not the case) and was informed they charged me for a first visit then the promotion I requested. They let me know this after I was charged. Who conducts business that way? If you have to charge an additional fee of $40, that needs to be discussed before services rendered. I felt taken advantage of and I'm already shopping for a new chiropractor. Just ruined my day and left a bad taste in my mouth. read more

Dr. Stone is a miracle worker! I pulled my back out over the weekend and was suffering from high pain. I couldn't stand up straight and it was a struggle to walk. Since I couldn't get in with my usual chiropractor, a friend recommended coming here. I am so thankful I did! Dr. Stone adjusted my back in several different ways and my neck.
