I experienced VERY light headaches for several years. I just shrugged it off all that time thinking…read moreit was caused by stress or tension. I work in IT sitting in front of monitors all day, and I just thought I had tight muscles in my shoulders and neck and that the tension was causing it all. I'd gone to an ear doctor, neurologist, and several regular doctors wondering what caused the headaches, and even had my head scanned at the hospital (costing thousands). Of course none of these professionals could give me any clear answer, and I don't think they could have anyway to be fair. I ran into Dr. Outten while at my work. My company holds an annual health fair, (they give out flu shots, have a skin doctor, check blood sugar etc.) and Dr. Outten was checking out peoples spines as part of it. When I saw he was doing this, it clicked in my mind, "It's gotta be my neck." He checked me out, and I immediately setup an appointment as quickly as I could be there. I went in for an evaluation, and sure enough, I needed some chiropractic attention. I had my first adjustment a week later, and the very first one (first one in my life in fact), brought me to tears just through relief alone! There was ZERO pain, and 100% relief. Each adjustment (follow up visit) after that just kept my spine in order. During that time, I got to know his staff a bit, did stretches at home (given to me by Dr. Outten), and just started feeling better. By the way, that head ache is LONG gone. I asked Dr. Outten how long he'd been doing this during one of my visits. He simply said, "28 years." I can't think of anyone else to recommend. When I tell other people about my experience, I tell them, "You know how you need a regular doctor and a dentist? That's WRONG. You need a regular doctor, dentist, and a CHIROPRACTOR. -Greg Moore
