The two ladies at the front desk always greet you by name and are really friendly in all your interactions with them and Dr. Boehmer was also always really kind and friendly. Customer service is perfect, literally so great, I absolutely feel so comfortable emotionally AND physically. He was very accommodating to my needs- went so far as to get me a blanket while I laid on the machine that stretches my neck (the best thing everrrrr!!) because I was cold in the room. The adjustments are just what I needed, and I felt completely comfortable during that. I walked out of his office not only feeling relief in my back, but, not to sound corny, a sense of elation. He pushes pressure points that release the muscles, and on me often uses TENS units (little nerve stimulater patches), heat, some striking tools (muscle busters!) and has different tables depending on the issue you're having. (one is motorized and swivels and such to stretch hip muscles, etc.) He's open, relaxed and friendly, and it's clear his aim is to make you feel better. Is it quick Yes... usually spend about 5 mins but they use the table and that is all it takes. Much more I would not be able to walk out. They have massage tables you can use at no extra fee. They are so accommodating, Dr. Amanda even came in early to make sure I made it to work in time. I can't say enough good about this office. The assistants are very organized and on top of what is going on. I go monthly now for wellness adjustments but when I had problems I went more often. This is the best chiropractic office I have ever gone to. Kudos to them! I have seen Dr. James and Dr. Makayla who are great too. Dr. Jen was a great loss leaving them as she was excellent, also.

I really can't overstate her expertise. She can pinpoint a precise spot on your spine and make a minor adjustment that radiates relief all over. I can't visit as often as I like, but no matter if it's been a week or month since my last appointment, she can alter her treatment to get me back on track. One day, I came to my regular appointment with a major headache. She asked me if I felt it behind my eyes and I said no, it was mostly in the back of my head near my neck. But sure enough, later that night it started to ache behind my eyes. She is so knowledgeable that she saw the issue before I even felt it. It was unbelievable. From the waiting area with social distancing, to the receptionist behind plexiglass with masks, to getting my temperature taken to ALL staff and doctors wearing masks every time I visit. Changing out protective papers, wiping down the equipment and demonstrating what is the ultimate in making sure all patients are taken care of, I would never go anywhere else!!
