I only received one adjustment that day. Within five minutes I was in & out. Never go to a chiropractor appointment alone. It's your word against theirs. My job has nothing to do with the service that I was paying for. I felt cheated out of my money that day and of coursed judged & insulted. I will never come back this this chiropractor. My back was killing me so I made an appointment with Dr. Dan and came on in. While here, I read Robert O's review about fixing his knee problems here and knew I had to get hubby in here. Dr. Dan told me to go ahead and get him in there right then and he'd let us both use the coupon. Dr. Dan is a fount of knowledge. He informed us of all the ways our spine affects our health. He stressed that he isn't trying to fix all our problems with adjustments and that of course the things indicated aren't solely affected by our spinal problems. However, we can improve our health and well-being with some exercises and adjustments in life. For example, I made my purse lighter and am trying to watch my posture. Our coupon gave us a discount on x-rays so we looked at those to see where we were having problems. I am glad we did because knowing is helping us fix our posture. We saw on the x-rays I tend to shift my right shoulder lower than my left. I realized it's because of how I game. Dr. Dan said that one easy fix is that if I sit with my legs crossed I should switch them up rather than not cross them, since not crossing them is impractical. He also showed us something we can put in our chairs to help us sit up straight (which hubby and I plan to get soon) as well a tool we can use to help give our necks the proper curvature. Honestly, it was all very informative and helpful. Hubby's knee problems are so severe because his hips are not aligned, so we are trying to do things to fix those. Dr. Dan showed hubby some easy exercises he can do to help strengthen the muscles so the adjustments would stick. We signed up for the one month adjustment plan which lets hubby go in every day. Dr. Dan said if we don't see significant improvement after a month then we might want to consider surgery, but that hubby is so young he's hoping adjustments will be enough. Cool Dr. Dan is incredible helpful and I highly suggest coming here and meeting with him. He will tell you everything you need know and you can tell he truly cares about your health. He says he doesn't care if you buy the tools he suggests from him or from the internet, he just wants people to improve themselves and feel better. I feel well cared for and trust Dr. Dan immensely. I'm so glad he took the time to tell us so much, answer all our questions, and show us the useful tools and exercises to do.

I usually see Dr. Dave. They have helped us out after every car accident where we got hurt. They work well with our insurance so we don't have to pay up front. I don't know if that is something all chiropractor's do or not, but I appreciate it. They also have a massage therapist and she has magic hands. She gives great massages and I felt a million times better after seeing her a few times. I ended up needing PT for my last wreck and they were able to suggest someone good to go see.

My son and I were referred to Launch Wellness Center by a chiropractor in MS while prepping for our…read moretongue tie revisions.  Body work was part of the prep and this method of care was suggested.  Launch has helped solve or lessen so many issues for me and my young son. We LOVE that they DO NOT twist and pop you and instead use a small painless (not scary for kids either) "tool" to adjust the actual vertebrate(s) that need(s) realigned.  This is after a full assessment of your body so no guessing on where the problems are.  After 15 years of chiropractic care I was shocked to find out some of the issues I was dealing with (including disk degeneration) after looking at their test results. Since starting care about 2 years ago my hip quit hurting so I could actually enjoy the walks with my son again and not be in pain the whole time.  My back and neck pain and range of motion are so much better (no pain when I don't overdue it lifting heavy things), focus, and sleep have improved too.  I can tell that my ability to handle stress is better and my anxiety has lessened.  If I get a headache typically it is either I need to hydrate or an adjustment.  My son is very energetic and was all over the place; he has since "calmed down" some and focuses easier with less disruptions and a better school experience for all.  He complained of his legs hurting in his carseat which I chocked up to a complaining kid tired of sitting; once starting chiropractic care he said he did not have it anymore.  I attended a very informative "talk" here too so if you see any offered jump at the chance for some information and help you probably are not familiar with.  They have also been great to work with when we need to reschedule or come in between appointments due to an injury and always make sure to squeeze us in.  Speaking of squeezing us in the wait time is very minimal and you are typically seen within minutes of your appointment time if not right on time.  We love the doctors and everyone here and would highly recommend Launch Wellness Center to anyone!  We all need a little tune up to our spine and nervous system and you would not believe all of the things it effects when out of whack.  Think of a kink in your hose and how the water does not travel well (or at all) to where it needs to be; your spine is similar and your nervous system and more can not function properly with the "kinks" or subluxations in your spine not allowing your nerve impulses to travel properly between your brain and body.  I have heard a million times I saw a chiropractor but I kept having to go back or it didn't help.  It is not an instant fix as your issue probably evolved over time.  If you think about it every day you are doing little things that impact your spine and cause it to become misaligned so it is like your car, your body needs tune ups too.

These are the reasons why I am giving it 2 stars. I went there for probably around 6 months and often I felt like it was a waste of time. I would go there with a lot of pent up tension resulting from a car crash that would be triggered from every day work and play. I would leave with that same tension. Most of the time I wasn't appropriately adjusted. My neck and back rarely "cracked". I would leave without a single bone "cracking" and go home and use a chair to do it myself. It's not the same effect and I didn't like paying for basically nothing. They have therapy options and because I also have arthritis in my lower back that was super helpful. The only doctor who managed to "crack my back" was Dr. Clint. He ended up working at the Bartlett location when it opened. I don't know if he is still there or not. I stopped going in because I wasn't receiving any benefits. I'm sure it can be said that not all adjustments will make the "cracking noise" and I am sure that is true. If I leave an adjustment feeling the same as when I came in and can go home and crack my own back then to me that means I'm wasting my money.
