After excessive back pain, I had to find a solution to alleviate the pain I was feeling. I have heard about The Joint for several years now , and their $30 per session fee but was always reluctant to go. Probably turned out to be one of the best decisions I made ! The check in process was pretty easy . It consisted completing paperwork on a tablet such as the problem areas your experiencing , confidentiality agreement , etc. Then proceeding to see a chiropractor in the back area where they have about two tables for adjusting. So far I've had Dr. Rodriguez and Nicole and they have got me right. I feel so much better and the range of mobility has define increased after sessions. They had a special going on for two months that was $79 for four sessions each month plus an additional 3 sessions. I picked that up with no hesitation and have been a happy camper since then. Don't waste your time! Inquired about this location. Received a text right away to come in. I specifically asked if I needed an appointment and was told they had openings today. I drive 30 minutes just to be told they cannot see me. I even explained I was just informed through text I could come but the chiropractor still refused to fit me in. Terrible service! Absolute zero communication from a manager. I was lied to about obtaining a monthly adjustment package and was charged for two months of service even though I only agreed to one month. The chiro care itself is fine. However, when a company refuses to even address your concern it shows a complete lack of interest in delivering a positive customer experience. I love this place! I came in 3 days ago with terrible shoulder pain that wouldn't let me move my back or neck. Alexis at the front desk is super sweet and very helpful! She keeps everything clean for covid, having a good stack of clean pens and a stack of dirty pens. Everyday I come in she makes sure to take my temp and fill out a form for covid and is very sweet! My chiro I've been seeing is Dr. Franklin. She's amazing! She sits with me as I describe to her what I've been doing at home and how I'm feeling and she takes the time to explain to what's best and sent me at home stretches to work on. The team her at Cedar Hill, The Joint, are amazing! I'm on my Recovery phase and couldn't be more pleased. my pain level went from a 10 down to a 6 in just 3 days of treatments and care. This was my first time getting an adjustment after many recommendations for me to see a chiropractor. I was super nervous at first, just for the simple fact that I do not like the sounds of bones cracking or popping! Had pinched my sciatica and within the first three visits the leg pain associated with my sciatica was gone and both doctors were so knowledgeable and good at explaining what was going on as well as gave me some stretches that provided relief at home. Dr. Franklin is amazing! I live in DeSoto but was traveling to the Casa Linda location because I love Dr. Allen. I still love him! BUT, now I love Dr. Franklin too. I thought that a female would be too gentle (I'm a woman so I can say that -screw any PC bs) to really work out all the kinks; I'm tall and not very small either.... but Dr. Franklin was great! The Cedar Hill location is very nice in the face that everyone wears a mask, you have to fill out a CDC questionnaire and they sanitize in front of you. Dr. Julia Franklin and her counterpart are very thorough. My sciatica feels much better. read more

Terrible first time experience, I walked in when nobody was waiting and they had computer trouble. Maybe training new employee took 15 min to acknowledge my presence. Then I proceeded to complete the forms and wait an additional 30 minutes and they have still not put my info in the system. Very very disappointing customer service. read more

Chiropractic therapy is one of my favorite modalities to get or stay well. Since age 15, I have had my spine adjusted by approximately 50 different doctors of chiropractic. From chiropractors who treat professional sports figures to the guy down the street who has no business touching any human, I have had all varieties of quality. Dr. Julia Franklin is definitely one of the best to treat my individual body in a way that benefits me immediately and over time after my body has had time to "adjust to the adjustment." I am so happy she is convenient to my home. I was so sad that she was no longer at another location that I frequented with a lot of turnover and inconsistent quality of care. Dr. Theo, this is not directed to you by any means and please know that you're by far the best chiropractor I've seen - I would give you 1,000 5 star reviews if I could. However, that Franklin woman is unprofessional and out of line. She really disrespected me and acted as if I was trying to get a free visit. I actually love to pay for the amazing services I receive anywhere and for her to come get me off the table to just embarrass me was uncalled for. I've come to this location a few times and wasn't told that my account wasn't up to date until today. Previously, 4 days ago to be exact, it was just an "issue with the system," but now it's me not paying and trying to be seen for only $10 a visit. The funny part is, I would pay $200 a month if I had to, just to be seen by Dr. Theo. Money isn't an issue for me but I demand respect! Especially if you're asking for my money... be polite, look me in the eyes and be professional. Not once did she look me in my eyes while being rude, not once did she listen to what I was trying to say. Instead, she lost a patient and I canceled my membership. I heard commercials about the Joint and I said need to try that out. I was a little skeptical at first but then when I heard of one opening in my area, I had to jump on it. And every time I have an issue with my neck and back I make sure to go get it checked out. It is a great quick fix if you are having issues and don't want to go have x-rays and such. read more

I stopped in on a Monday afternoon around 4:20PM and only waited about 20 minutes. They were very clean and super kind! Teresa, the woman at the front desk, was very nice! She was straight forward but not robotic, at all. I enjoyed Dr. Monkia Patterson and her bedside manner. She was very personable, knowledgeable and helpful!
