Dr. Brittany and her team are communicative, compassionate, and funny!…read more I over the years have developed an extremely painful menstrual cycle. I attributed it to being a woman and it just being par for the things we women face. The lower back and pelvic pain became too much to handle. Which led to me making an appointment here through another satisfied client. The office is nice, the ability to listen is refreshing, and just plain getting down to work to fix the problem is unmeasurable! I've had 3 adjustments and 1 muscle treatment, after each visit I can feel a change, my hips are coming into alignment and my lower back and pelvic pain during my cycle are virtually non-existent. Not having that pain literally brought me to tears. I won't stop getting adjusted by Dr. Brittany unless I move or she retires :-) P.S. - Make sure you get the adjustment and muscle treatment package, it's well worth it :-) -Happy Adjusting!

What a cruel, mean person Dr Omey is. Sad when a Dr thinks they can ruin a beautiful teenage girl's life by not doing what should've been done. We had to try to schedule the needed PT and Dr Omey cancelled the orders... we had to find another Orthopedic surgeon in order to get any help for her recovery. STAY FAR AWAY FROM MONICA OMEY.

Dr Randall Crabtree - Chiro Plus Clinic nicely located on Old Granbury Rd. FTW, TX…read more Good parking area around building. When entering I was greeted very politely! I came prepared with all medical history, medication list, Insurance info, allergies, etc all printed in a folder. I believe the two receptionist smiled. I was seated for a few moments, This area was quaint now I moved to one of the exam rooms, I got to watch a welcome video that I extremely enjoyed and received a lot of good information . Dr Crabtree credentials I recognize the name Parker Chiropractic Foundation and their Parker University in Dallas, Texas. Their Seminars are the largest and long running in the world of Chiropractic. The clinic was set up efficiently. We didn't have to go elsewhere for x-rays. Everything was done right there at the Clinic. They accept a variety of Insurance and Medicare/Medicaid. I was excited about going to a chiropractor. I felt like they could truly help me. I'll keep you posted. After XRays, measurements and examination. I was ready. The attendants were polite. I observed the office area was clean along with examination and therapy rooms! I felt very comfortable with Dr. Crabtree. He explains everything to you very knowledgeable very patient and very gentle. -- this review is not complete because I need to go for adjustments and therapy before this is properly reviewed -- So Far Great Check back for the remaining part of review with more photos ! From the very moment you set that very first appointment to the time you depart to your car you will be receiving service. And I know when fake is around. But here you can tell that they care all the way. They greet and know me by name. Always checking on me, always notifying me about my upcoming appointments. I was one of those who misjudged chiropractors. Like most ppl I had the misconception that going chiro was harmful base on 100 percent speculations. When in reality I just needed a bit of facts and factual information. And here I was able to receive it. For almost a year I was suffering from a lower back pain that was messing with my need to maintain a job. After my visit here a found my self able to keep up with my regular activities like always. Minus the pain. I absolutely recommend this place. A+

DO NOT ATTEMPT TO SCHEDULE WITH THIS OFFICE. THEY ARE MONEY HUNGRY AND ARROGANT. PERIOD…read more I had some questions about the appointment process. I didnt understand why they wanted to schedule so many appointments before actually seeing me. I had questions in general. I called all week. If Im running a practice, Im going to call and talk to my patients/ potential patients and address any concern they have. I was scheduled to have a virtual visit today at 11. But because I had questions about their process and reviews I had read, they canceled my appointment and told me they didnt think they were a right fit for my care. Not once did anybody call me back, let me know anything, etc. They just absolutely refused to talk to me because I had questions. What kind of place is this? Now let me be clear, I absolutely dodged a bullet. Do yourself a favor, go somewhere else. This review is 100% true, no exaggeration, no add ons. This place wants you to do unnecessary virtual and in person appointments so they can keep charging. I would not be surprised if they are hurting for money. That is absolutely their fault. During these times we are all having at the moment, you have forgotten who you serve. The people.
