The joint is so incredibly lucky to have Dr. Bisharat. I have been seeing him since he joined the team and he just keeps getting better. He truly cares about his patients and has a true gift. He's passionate and keeps learning new techniques to help me and others stay out of pain. Every single time I go in he takes his time and is one of the few who can actually help with my occipital nerve pain! His adjustments keep getting better and better. Today I was having a hard day and recovering from surgery and he literally turned my entire day around and completely transformed my neck. I am so thankful and have been in chronic pain since I was 15 years old. Working with him gives me hope that one day I will have a pain free life! After waiting 5 + wks for any response or attempt to assist myself and my son, the entire organization at The Joint (local + corporate) have collectively failed to respond. I would suggest extreme caution for any patient attempting to get care at any office of The Joint. According to the web, they have 950+ locations US wide. See my prior post of 7/7/25 for addt'l details. After calling a few days back and informing me the Owner of the Auburn franchise location was calling to discuss our injuries, no call was received. My son and I are both in moderate pain, and requesting a full and complete refund from The Joint. Really sad to see a chiropractor injure patients, take zero responsibility and hide behind the lack of liability exposure for their industry. After speaking w/ a lawyer to see if we have a course of option, there are apparently few if any legal options for patients who are injured by the Chiropractor. The firm we spoke with (several in fact) relayed there are no effective means to prove the harm was a direct result of the Dr's actions, so these cases are near impossible to prove. Caveat Emptor with regards to new and existing patients at The Joint. If you do get injured, you're on your own. I'll be reaching out to my medical insurance coverage for a full refund, but my son and I are dealing with daily pain, loss of sleep and now need to find a new chiro we can trust. Probably as close as you can legally get to medical theft. Only giving 2 stars because the dr. himself was nice but there is an older blonde lady at the front that takes advantage of people when they're in pain and explains their membership as a 2 month requirement and makes it seem like you're signing up for 2 months and then have the option to renew... no. I went in to cancel 2 days after I got billed for the 3rd time and she did refund me because "I misunderstood" but then said my visits don't accrue. So even tho I paid for 8 visits, I went in twice and she said I couldn't get a final adjustment because the visits don't accrue. Very cold, very cut and dry, find a local business and support them. This is corporate medicine at its finest that doesn't care and just wants your money. read more

Dr. Watson is amazing. He found the problem area right away and I am able to walk without pain and easily pick up my daughter again without back pain. Living an very active life, I often will get a kink in my neck, hurt my ankle, get back pain and what not, so I see him once a week. My husband & I joined their monthly plan & you get what you pay for. Never did get our backs or anything else cracked. Every time just a neck adjustment/crack which was nice but that's it. There were attempts to crack back each time but it is one attempt and one attempt at pulling on our legs which did nothing and mostly talking about plans etc. also you must go to office in person to cancel any plan you sign up for. It also is not private as other patients are lined up in chairs watching those on the table while waiting. read more

I love chiropractics. They have worked miracles for me so many times. I've tried the Joint twice now and both times they refused to fully fix my problem. It didn't matter that I told them it isn't better. This is a business, not caring individuals. They insist that you go on a plan because they only adjust a few things each visit. Everything about this location from the front desk to the Dr's have not let me down. The ladies at the front always welcome me with a hello and warm smile, to asking me how day is going. I always feel better leaving than coming in. Dr Watson has the healing hands as he has been the one to work on me the most . I couldn't be more happy with how far we have come w the pain management. I am a firm believer in the benefits of regular chiropractic care for adults, as well as children. With all of the systems still developing in children and teens, chiropractic care should be an essential, especially when it's as easy and affordable as The Joint. The simplicity of "dropping in", without the hassle and stress of trying to schedule and keep appointments to suit every person in the family is HUGE. My teen, especially, loves that he can just drop in on his own time, once a week, when it works best for him, and often ends up taking one of his sisters with him, if that time happens to work for her as well. This would be enough reason for me to choose The Joint, but then there's the affordability and ease of putting each member of the family on a monthly wellness plan. The price really is unbeatable, especially for children. (they even offer a military discount!) At our last chiropractor, I was paying at least $50 per visit and it seemed to take a decent peice of my day, properly scheduled in, of course. As we are just looking for maintenance and ongoing, proactive health care, somewhere the kids are happy to go, we don't need a long, talkative visit. Short and sweet is great, so this place suits us perfectly. Additionally, we really like and respect Dr. Watson and the front desk staff is very kind and welcoming. You immediately feel comfortable here, and Dr. Watson seems exceptionally humble considering his many years of experience. The lack of arrogance, pushiness and superiority is so refreshing. He is gracious, a good listener and calming, which helps my girls, who were hesitant about seeing a new chiropractor, be willing to go and stick to it. Lastly, I absolutely love that my husband can drop in to any Joint location when he is often working out of town, or my son can continue visits when he is off at college... seamlessly dropping back in at home, with no additional hassle whatsoever. I came to the Joint with migraines everyday, lots of neck/back stiffness, and just an overall tight feeling in my body. I started out going a few times a week and now have been able to drop down to once a week. I am migraine free and no longer have a stiff neck/back! This was almost miraculous for me as I have tried many things to get rid of my continual migraines. I don't know that I could go without seeing the chiropractor now that I know how much good it has done in my life.
