I then received a worthless $250 "credit" for turning the stone over for cash or credit. Turns out it was valid only if I purchased at least $500 worth of merchandise. No idea what Mitch received for that stone. When I then came in to have the chain of a necklace shortened, the "credit" was worthless and I was charged $25 to shorten a chain which broke before I arrived home. Unless you come to Royal Gems for a really big ticket item, don't expect Mitch to care about serving you in a professional manner.
