Our second floor room had a new floor, and the bathroom was partially renovated. Our room had a wall heater that we didn't turn on because we were worried it might be noisy. So we kept the bathroom heat lamp on and door open which warmed the room nicely. My little son who wants to be a cowboy, just absolutely loved the adorable little cowboy desk in our room. The walkways need repair so tI would expect they're on the to-do renovation list.

It does not look like much on the outside (yes it's shaped like a 'U') but don't let that fool you. The shape actually makes parking easy, with plenty of space for everyone. Motorcyclists will appreciate that it has a paved entrance and parking area as well. The room is nice and large with a generous sized bathroom and larger sleeping area. There is a min fridge in the room, with a separate door for the freezer portion. What's really nice is there is a lazy boy type chair in the room which was nice after a long day on the cycle. The owners have had it for 23 years a making them vested in having guests leave happy. If you're looking for a clean and comfortable place to stay, this should make your list.

I like the big yard. It's quiet. The rooms are clean, and smell good. The towels are cotton. The art in the rooms appears to be original and local. Horseshoe Inn is my place to say when I'm traveling through Burns.

Room was nice although it could have been cleaner. Tub had a slip resistant finish and unfortunately look liked some dirt was trapped in the grip texture. Chair/ottoman was stained so we didn't use it. If you have upholstered furniture keep it clean or get rid of it. Breakfast was included in the room charge, $99.99 w/o tax, which was enjoyed. The woman in charge of the breakfast room was nice to adults but a little impatient with the kids that were unsupervised. No one wore masks and the breakfast attendant gave us her opinion of the pandemic which was sadly uninformed. The hotel had a hot tub and small indoor pool. Looked lovely. Wish I would have seen it before checking out. Overall, the employees at R&R were very pleasant but not one employee work a mask nor did they enforce the mask policy posted on the front door and in the hallways.
