I don't know where to start It is sketchy from the start…read more For some reason they need the password to your phone to replace a battery??? Then they don't tell you what type of battery Turns out it's a 3rd party one that heats up fast and you will continuously get notifications saying it's not a genuine part which is annoying and also how they don't tell you that and I had to go ask what it meant. They also left my screen not properly glued down so it ain't waterproof no more I'd be lucky if the screen didn't fall off. The battery isn't that good so if I were to go back in time I would never go there ever and even if your not going there for a new battery I wouldn't recommend they don't look qualified or reliable and definitely not trusted at all. I had just realised that they left massive scratches and scraps and dints in the side of my screen and phone curve so don't go there at all not good value or anything and if your wondering what I got fixed it was my iPhone SE3 battery btw there not certified so your warranty and apple care plus is out the window and Apple will no longer deal with it so don't go there but if you need your iPhone fixed search up a authorised seller to fix it and do your research and btw change the name you ain't got anything to do with legit iPhone parts and products so you should be called the scam where we charge hundreds and give you bad and cheap products that won't last you long. The only good thing about it was it was 45 mins to do which would explain all the scrapes, dints and stuff that didn't go wrong is cause they probably rush and do not go there ever go do your research and go to a authorised seller it might be a more expensive option but trust me it's better

BuzzTech-Phone Repair…read more Not my usual post but to say im angry is an understatement . If you're after a product that works, DONT COME HERE. Rhett is knowingly breaking Australian consumer law , selling a faulty product for financial gain.. My partner and I visited your store in Geelong to get our phone screens fixed under a 50% off sale. I had an iPhone 12 Pro Max with a cracked touch screen, while my partner's Pro Max had a broken LCD screen. We purchased the screens from the store manager, who advised us that there were two options: a premium screen and a budget screen. When I asked about the difference, she told us that the only potential issues with the budget screen might be slightly off color or a slight bit of lag, but otherwise, it would be fine. The nex day, my partner's phone started dying straight away, and my phone began experiencing issues like locking me out and accessing accessibility features without my input. We returned to the store, and the staff member was happy to help us replace the screens under warranty. However, the same issues occurred again, with ghost buttons and other problems. We got them replaced again under warranty. It was only then that we were told that sometimes the budget screens aren't compatible with certain phones and that these issues can happen. I expressed that I wouldn't have purchased the budget screen if I'd known about the potential compatibility problems and would have paid extra for the premium screen. We offered to pay the difference, which would have been the same price on the 50% off sale. Despite this, the issues persisted, and my phone locked me out while I was using Guided Access. I was without my phone for nearly six hours, which was particularly problematic since it was my only means of communication with my three-year-old while she was in care. I spoke with Midori and Thomas, who also disclosed that they knew about the issues with the budget screens. I asked to speak with the business owner, Rhett, and nearly two days later, he called me. The conversation started with him being abrupt, rude, and condescending. He cut me off mid-sentence, saying "What do you want me to do about this?" I explained that I wanted to make him aware that his staff had disclosed that they were selling a product that doesn't work without any intention to stop selling it. Rhett claimed that we just wanted something for nothing and that we had come in on a 50% off sale looking for a cheap fix. He refused to offer any refunds, citing that it's rare for the screens to have issues, despite five of our screens having the same problems. The conversation was rude, aggressive, and completely inappropriate for a business owner. I remained calm throughout the conversation and expressed my concerns about the business's practices. Rhett eventually hung up on me. I want to emphasize how lovely the three staff in the Geelong store were during this entire scenario. It's clear that they're good people who are stuck selling subpar products due to their boss's priorities. Buzztech-Phone Repair
