Yet, people fail to read reviews and end up getting screwed by this company. I guess I have to grab hold of my butt and figure out a legal way to get my building fixed. It's so bad you can't find a dealership that handles TOL any longer in upstate NY. On a scale of 1 to 10 they rate a minus 8.

On installation day, Dustin and Lawrence did a fantastic job, explaining what they were doing along the way, and I was completely comfortable with them. Shout out to Lawrence for noticing a flaw and then to Dustin for getting the piece replaced - they didn't have to do that but we really appreciated it. We will certainly recommend them to anyone we know looking for stone for their projects. As soon as we get our cabinets out back together and the flooring done, I'll come back and post pictures.
