Absolutely the worst experience I have ever had. When I went to get my piercings, he was late…read moregetting to the appointment at his own shop. During the process, he was really unprofessional, didn't have any of the materials or paperwork ready, and was blatantly mocking me in a fake girly accent when I asked his opinion of the piercing placement as a professional piercer, like "omg girl sooo cute" but spoke normally when he spoke about the payment or getting my signature. He pierced me FOUR TIMES with the SAME NEEDLE and only disinfected me once initially before he started piercing. He drew blood and denied it, saying it was just the marker color, even though I felt it dripping later after I left. He also didn't have the jewelry that I wanted and convinced me to get something else, saying I could come back and get it replaced when he had it in the shop. After three months of on-and-off infections from his piercings, I messaged him, and he just asked if I had been cleaning them or not. I told him that I cleaned them 2-3 times daily, and he just didn't respond. Eventually, my piercings were so infected that the one of the studs completely disappeared into my flesh, and I had bloody discharge from my ears. I had to get them removed at the doctor's office and ended up using two different antibiotics to get rid of the infection. Now my holes have closed up and I have ugly piercing bumps. The piercer was not only unhelpful and unprofessional, he was unresponsive to me when I reached out for a resolution. Also he didn't mention before I made the appointment or before I arrived at the shop that it was cash only, or cashapp since I didn't have enough cash. I'm pretty sure he is committing tax fraud with this business since they don't accept card. Super unsanitary, unsafe, unprofessional, and bad experience overall. If I could give 0 stars I would. Absolutely do not recommend coming here if you value your time and money.
