I stopped in a year or so ago to try out the water because we had tried several gallons of the alkanized water at Berrybrook Farm which costs mucho dinero! So I tried H2Oasis and was even better and cost less! I now get the plain purified water in large 5 gallon bottles for my office water dispenser, much to the happiness of my employees. It really tastes so much better than the filtered water out of my fridge. It's amazing- it makes you want to drink it more! They have bulk pricing incentives too, though struggle from the "inappropriate apostrophe affliction" on all of their signage. They also offer ice and customized 12 oz bottles if you have an event or want branded water. If you're way across town, they deliver, but I find it's worth the drive.

Only 3 stars because of the business model and hours. It is IMPOSSIBLE to pick up water on a weekday without taking off work. And even then, sometimes they are not open when they advertise they are. The phone message claims they will call you back. yeah, RIGHT!! Hardly "unmatched personal service." Very sad that such a great product is managed by such odd business practices. I have to call ahead on Saturdays (the only day my schedule aligns with their hours) to verify that they are ACTUALLY open.

I had a great experience with this company. I originally reached out after noticing condensation…read moreinside my dryer and throughout the vent connections, and I discovered that the exterior dryer vent flap was being held open. They were able to get me scheduled within the same week, and scheduling by text was very easy and flexible. There was also some confusion between the price listed on the website and the current service price, and I really appreciated that they honored the advertised price. The technician arrived promptly, thoroughly inspected the vent and explained exactly what was causing the issue. He confirmed that the existing exterior vent did not need to be replaced, cleared and lubricated the flap so that it could open and close properly and showed me photo documentation of the vent. He also installed a vent defender as an added preventative measure to help keep birds and other pests out. The entire appointment took less than an hour. He was thorough, patient and very good about explaining what he was doing and why. I really appreciated that the focus was on fixing the existing vent rather than unnecessarily replacing it. Great experience overall, and I would definitely recommend them.
