We booked them for my daughter's 9th birthday sleepover, and it was absolute perfection from start to finish. The team was so warm, professional, and incredibly detail-oriented--they made the entire process stress-free and fun. The theme we chose was "Taylor Swift" and they completely transformed our back yard into a karaoke paradise, with a stage, a large teepee style tent, plush bedding, pillows, floral touches, and personalized name signs for each guest. The girls were in awe when they walked out, and I honestly think I saw a few jaws drop! They also set up a beautiful picnic table with themed tableware and treats that made everything feel so special. The attention to detail was amazing--everything matched perfectly. The interior was spacious with multiple sectioned off rooms, bathrooms, and what appeared to be a coat check area. There were several tables setup in the main ballroom area. The tables were decorated nicely. There was also a table for desserts and a DJ area. The bar was huge with an extensive collection of alcohol. The food that was prepared by Rocky Top catering was amazing including the chicken dip and the shrimp and grits. I also enjoyed the cocktails. The strawberry basil margarita was really good. The service that we received from server, Michael C. was top tier. He was very personable, helpful, and made sure that we experienced the excellence of Rocky Top. I would definitely want him to work at any future events that we had. The event was great and I got to learn about other vendors that can be utilized when planning events. Very relieved to find these guys, who offered a same day rental of excavator and trailer after Home…read moreDepot left me high and dry. I was on the road with the rig in ten minutes. Service was friendly all around and their price was great for a full weekend. Diesel at the gas station across the street with a clean pull around to a light facing their business makes refueling on the trailer before drop off no hassle. They are so close to my house and this was so easy, I don't see myself renting equipment anywhere else going forward.

He brought two assistants along and captured the posed photos and spontaneous moments over the course of the day. His reception photography was particularly impressive--he photographed us in low lighting, so he used external flash to avoid blurry photos, but the end results looked as crisp and clear and not overblown as those from earlier in the day. The man clearly knows his stuff and handled capturing our special moments in all sorts of lighting. Plus, I got high-res copies of my images so I could share and print accordingly.

Brian answered our questions thoroughly and patiently, smiling every second. He was so approachable and easy to talk to. He was also incredibly funny, which took the awkwardness away when it came time for taking the engagement photos. He has an open door policy, and always made himself available to respond to emails, phone calls, and in person visits. We didn't have to lay out a detailed list of the shots we wanted - he just understands what you need and does it. He anticipates what you want. Our photos weren't those cheesy staged pictures that you often see. They were candid shots of us having the time of our lives. They were amazing! The lighting was incredible as well. Most of our reception was in really dark light, but the photos turned out so crisp and clear. Even with the glow sticks that we pulled out later in the evening. He is truly talented! We received our photos just four short weeks after the wedding. In the meantime, he sent us "sneak peaks" to get us excited about what was to come. I'd highly recommend Brian. You won't be disappointed!
