Increase range of motion. Did it a year ago and results are holding !! Awesome. The procedure took very little time, maybe 15 minutes tops. We did a range of motion testing initially to see where I was at and we did a range of motion test immediately afterwords and I had gained a few degrees of rotation on each side. This review has been a long time coming. So, I've had a few really bad car accidents and have been seeing chiropractors, osteopaths, and alphabiotic practitioners for years for back and neck pain. A friend highly suggested I come here for an alignment and it's been 2.5 years since my treatment and I feel amazing. I saw Vladimir today, so I am writing less than two hours after the treatment. I was nervous to go due to others suggesting it's a painful procedure, but my headaches have been getting worse, my Tmj disorder wakens me at night, and I figured it was worth a shot. I will update this post after some time passes, but first impressions: Yes, it does hurt, but it's over pretty quickly. My range of motion increased dramatically as soon as it was over. My neck is sore but not bad, and icing it feels great. I think my headache has lifted somewhat, though not completely. My hearing is better! I was having ear stuffiness and that's completely gone. I am very thankful to have had a treatment with Vladimir. He fixed a wide variety of strange things that were happening to my body ever since I hit a curb really hard in 2018. I heard Vladimir speaking about Atlasprofilax at a health event I was filming and decided to go check it out. I have really bad migraines and he had said that this unique treatment might help. I went into his office, a little scared about what this onetime procedure would be like. The treatment itself barely lasted a minute on each side. I am 26 year old and turning 27 pretty soon. I am definitely starting to realize that as you get older, you're going to notice a lot of changes with your body. Well, today I saw Jasna at The Oasis Healing Center and had a very warm welcome and an informational and professional experience with exceptional results! Jasna did the Atlasprofilax treatment and immediately after I had exceptional range of motion... sans pain. All I kept saying as I moved my neck from side to side, "What?", "Wait, what?", "Come on. What?" I didn't understand how that short treatment did what it did! If you are like me and are a HUGE chicken when it comes to pain with a pain threshold of -10 don't fret. If I could do this, so can you. The treatment is a controlled vibrational massage (DEEP!) of the neck muscles that moves the atlas back to its natural position. Was it incredibly uncomfortable? Yes? Painful? On a scale of 1-10 (10 being I want to drop kick you into next week), it was a 1 and remember who that's coming from... pain chicken. Jasna told me there should also be some relief with my DDD (degenerative disc disease) and migraines. I was so excited after the treatment, instead of hitting the gym I went for a 2-mile walk/hike at the Baldwin Scenic Overlook without a pelvic tilt (walk work around because of DDD). Guess what? NO PAIN! None. Zilch. Nada. I have been to physical therapy for 3 months trying to deal with the DDD and the work around was to walk with the pelvic tilt. I didn't want a work around. I wanted to be able to walk normally with no pain. 3 minutes with Jasna did it. I am sincerely amazed and grateful. Total time at the center - 20 min. In that 20 minutes I: - Filled out a patient intake and explanation/consent forms. - Jasna explained the neck construction, the slight atlas shift at birth and what she was going to do. She then looked at various neck movements and degrees of angle, pain levels, posture and balance of hips...or lack thereof. These were done so that we could compare the same movements and pain levels after treatment. - The ACTUAL treatment was no more than 3 minutes...it was ever so slightly painful (as I described earlier, but I am a pain chicken) but absolutely worth it because of the incredible results! - We did an evaluation of the previous movements, posture and pain levels and the results were immediate. When my husband comes home I'm going to strongly refer him to have this treatment done and I strongly recommend it to you if you suffer from neck or back pain. Thank you very, very much Jasna.
