They did remove a very small portion of the fees. Again, I did go from $24,000 to $0 in debt but it was alot of stress dealing with them. I kept track which accts were paid off. I felt like I was constantly reviewing this with them every time. They had many people moving around on my acct and contacting creditors. One of which, screwed up big time. If u have a lump sum of money and a lot of debt, they can reduce your debt significantly. I will say that. It you are looking for a long term solution, prepared for the fees and the long road ahead.

I paid over $3000.00 towards my cerdit card debt and esch time I asked Titan when they would start negotiating with my creditor, they always gave excuses and do many things. I had a rep working with at the time and he later told me the company wss in trouble at the time. Even probably might be closing. The guy also sent email to some top executive and copied me but again nothing happened. I am a victim and not a rich person. I am struggling to make ends meet. That was one of the worst time in my life. Have nothing and was still took advantage of by Titan Cosulting Group. I can still use my money back. The BBB also gave up and said nothing anymore. I will never recommend such company. Reading this might mean nothing to you because you are not in my shoes at the time and probably not now either. They had good reputation among small businesses and came recommended. They took care of you personally. They've grown since then, and the person who was managing our accounts retired. Afterwards, they hired a cookie cutter manager from a large investment house, and that down home feel disappeared. They sold our account to some fly by night no name financial manager in New Jersey or Long Island, and never told us. We found out by getting an email from some stranger telling us he has our accounts. They couldn't even give us the courtesy of prior notification (we would have rejected the request and simply moved our money elsewhere). If they had, they wouldn't have been able to profit by selling my info. Naturally, we went with someone else, but they were actually able to make money by liquidating older accounts that were in the start up 1% commission. They wanted the full 2% and sold all accounts that didn't fit their mold. And then tried to be all polite and nice. When confronted about selling our holdings? "Nah Bruh!!! We are allowed to!!! And we sent your personal data to some guy we barely know!!" This is what they said. No. Avoid this place if you can. They are boiler plate industrial knock 'em out financial management that doesn't really care about you. Only skimming off your money - which is basically what all financial management firms do, but at least they should be professional and have some degree of ethics. They don't.

When I needed to communicate with an insurance professional I spent three days trying to get through to someone at this office to review and upgrade my insurance policy. I left a voicemail -- that was NOT returned. I called a few days later about three times only get voicemail again. I called StateFarm 800 number to get in touch with this office. A young woman with no insurance experience tried to answer my basic questions and couldn't. She then suggested that I schedule an appointment the following week to speak with an insurance agent. She explained that the office was "busy." I followed up as advised only to learn that there was no insurance professional available. According to this woman they are a "high volume office." After spending a week and 1/2 dozen calls trying to get through to an agent at Emond Richardson's office, I transferred my insurance to another StateFarm. Suddenly an insurance agent named Michael called me wanting to answer my questions. My new State Farm agency quickly and easily answered my questions and increased my policy limits. If my account is mysteriously transferred to Emond Richardson I'll drop State Farm entirely. This office is poorly run.

I decided to visit his website while bored and I was floored to find out that the service was completely free. I still had the same credit monitoring active from the last company I used. At that point there was no risk. It was refreshing to be able to see the letters they actually send to the bureaus. All I had to do was use a third party site to mail them out. I could've also printed them. The process was a breeze and it was quick. There's no option to speak to a live rep, but this I assume helps keep the service free. The results worked for me. In all it took about 2-3 months to remove the negative items, which was perfectly fine with me. Hopefully I'll never have to use them again but I'll be spreading the word to anyone I know who might need it.

A friend of mine recommended this service and I was surprised to see that it was free (except for the credit report). The collections account was removed from experience within the first couple of weeks. It was then removed from the other two bureaus a month or so after. My score rebounded like it never happened. Sending my letters was a breeze since they recommended a service that does it for a reasonable price. I could've printed my own as well but I didn't feel like buying stamps. i'm definitely telling my friends and family about this company.
