At the beginning everything was fine. We have always been amazing tenants and have many letters of recommendation. All the owners at the property have offered us to buy the place but unfortunately the property needs more extensive repair that it outweighs the price. We have never lapsed or had any issues with rent. The staff over the years got very rude. They would blame us for nonsense that had nothing to do with us because the HOA would mistakenly send us letters that would be for the neighbor in front. We had gotten into so many arguments with HOA to correct their mistakes but of course they are useless just like Mission Realtors. We advised Mission Realtors that we had nothing to do with what went on with the neighbor's disputes of HOA violations and were meet with an awful attitude to fix the issue when nothing in our end needed fixed. If something needed fixed, we always did right away. When major stuff needed fixed, they would act bothered and argue about fixing anything. Typical greedy landlord who just awaits the nice check for overpriced rent and fix nothing. The property unfortunately got vandalized during the holidays and I remember I called the emergency number to seek advice after authorities were called. Instead of them being worried we were met with anger about why we were calling the emergency number. I was told by Cindy that she was at her Christmas party and that we shouldn't be bothering calling because it was interrupted. Just proves that they would rather enjoy their lavish parties and who cares about the tenants? They worry about their lavish lifestyle and seeing their nice check coming in instead of being professional. Good riddance we don't deal with them anymore. Very unprofessional and rude. Pat and Cindy are the worst. Hope they get the same awful treatment as awful as they are. Overall STAY AWAY. Very hostile and rude. I don't know why they are still in business. Wish they would close and be replaced by someone more professional. Close them down!

Once I contacted a handful of other real estate agents and met with Arno and Tricia in person, it was clear to me that they were the team I wanted to partner with to purchase my home. I highly recommend them for the following reasons based on my first hand experience: 1) Always responded to my calls and emails within 24 hours and usually within a few hours 2) Unrivaled customer service and in person touch points convenient to my work schedule 3) Knowledge of OC housing market and buying and selling process, including new construction 4) Referrals of mortgage lenders and other service contacts saved me time and money 5) Constant follow-up even months after we closed on our home Arno treated me and my family like we were family and helped us figure out the best location and home based on the specific criteria we gave him. We decided to go with a new construction home and thus the process took almost a year from start to finish. Arno helped us through every step of the process and educated us along the way to get exactly what we wanted at a competitive price. His knowledge and customer service were unrivaled and critical to answering all my questions and reassuring me throughout my first home buying experience. My husband and I interviewed 3 other real estate agents and immediately after meeting with Patti, we knew she was the one. She had many years of experience and she partnered with her son Justin who is familiar with the digital/online marketing side of real estate. Patti and Justin work as a team to get you top-dollar for your home. They held two open houses on our home and within 10 days we had an offer $100 over our asking price. Patti always stayed in touch and let us know what to expect in regard to negotiations, she set up the appraisal and inspection and was actually there at our house for both just in case there are issues. She answered all our questions in a quick manner and we always felt we were in good hands. Patti also took us around about 4 or 5 times to look at potential new homes over the course of about 5 weeks or so. We never felt pressured to make a decision or just buy any home. Patti knew our wish list and worked hard to find properties that fit the bill. Finally we found one and were ready to make an offer but thought we'd sleep on it. The next morning it was pending! Someone had beat us to it and the listing agent had said they weren't taking back-up offers. When it fell out of escrow a couple weeks later, Patti notified us right away and we made an offer! After some negotiations we got the house and Patti and Justin referred us to their mortgage broker who we ended up using and were happy with. Patti and Justin are very professional and caring at the same time. We have a toddler and Patti offered to sit in the car with him while he napped and my husband and I looked at the houses she had mapped out for us. She also happily gave him snacks when I ran out of the ones I'd packed for him and he was getting cranky. Lifesaver! If you are looking to buy or sell a home. Look no further.
