We arrived 10 minutes early (per recommendation in the confirmation email) and checked-in via email. You can also check-in at the kiosks inside near the front, then sign waivers through the QR code. At their reservation time, the kids followed their host Sahil on over and were seated in front of their VR room (which was one of 4 rooms there). Sahil went over instructions of the game, demonstrations on how to apply the sensors on their wrists and ankles. Once inside the room, there were two people who assisted the kids with putting on their vests, head phones, VR googles, and weapons, and continued with providing instructions of the VR game and safety rules. (Note: there was an additional charge of $6.99/each to upgrade 2 weapons.) The adults were allowed to sit inside the room, on benches up against one of the walls. The room was big, clean, and well ventilated. The kids had a blast! After their game, the kids were directed outside to an area where they sat down, viewed their scores and a highlight video of their game! The links to the video were sent to the reserver's email to view as well! Let the staff know if you are celebrating a birthday for a bonus virtual birthday fun at the end of their VR game. We will definitely come back. Make reservations as place gets packed. Overall, staff were friendly and helpful. These are definitely fun experiences for both the kids and adults!

We went to Sandbox VR in Woodland Hills tonight at 9:10 PM to use a $330 credit we were given from…read morea previous visit because that experience was terrible, everything was broken and glitching. They acknowledged how bad it was at the time and issued us a credit. When we arrived tonight, we were told our credit had expired. That made no sense considering it was issued because of system failures on their end. After asking the employee to contact a manager, they said they would "honor" only half of the credit $165. I don't understand why only half, when the original experience was completely ruined due to their equipment not working. We paid the remaining balance and proceeded with our three booked games. From the moment we were assigned our VR host (Austin), it was clear he was frustrated and bothered. The first game wouldn't load properly and took a long time to get running. There were constant glitches, delays, and technical problems just like our last visit. Instead of being supportive or apologetic, the host kept making negative comments, complaining, and even using profanity under his breath. It made the whole experience uncomfortable. We weren't rude. We followed instructions. At one point I even told him, "We're not here to annoy you, we just want to have fun." He didn't respond. By 10:45 PM, over an hour and a half after arrival, we had only managed to complete ONE experience because of all the technical issues. When we asked about a refund for the two games we couldn't properly play, we were told they don't give refunds. The only option was to reschedule. There was no real apology for the inconvenience, no accountability for the repeated technical failures, and no effort to make the situation right beyond rescheduling. We were even told that the previous staff member "shouldn't have accepted" us for three games and that the host just wanted to go home. At this point, it feels like customers are inconveniencing the staff, not the other way around. We gave this place a second chance after a very bad first experience. Unfortunately, it was even more disappointing the second time. If you're thinking about spending your money here, I would strongly suggest thinking twice.

They showed incredible kindness and patience with our four-year-old, which honestly made the whole visit so much more enjoyable for our family. It's not always easy managing little ones in busy, high-energy places, but they were so attentive, helpful, and genuinely caring. You can tell they really enjoy what they do and take pride in creating a positive experience for everyone. Thank you, Arthur and Julien, for making our visit so special--we'll definitely be back!

I was not participating in any activities, so I didn't purchase a wristband for myself. Despite explaining this, staff told me I needed to pay or leave. Being asked to leave while trying to supervise a child with special needs felt really discouraging. I told staff she has autism and needs to be supervised, and they repeated that I need a wristband and asked me to leave. I encourage Off The Wall to consider accommodations for disabilities. I filed a complaint with the Civil Rights Division of US Department of Justice about my visit around 11am on March 29, 2026. Families with disabled children who need close supervision should be aware of this policy before visiting. We won't be back.

One of the most gorgeous studio I have been to and there have been a few.  Avli who run it, is super nice and crazy talented. I mean if you hit a bum note, he will turn it into a 'Whitney' note! Haha! ;-) For the time you are literally booking a producer/amazing pianist & crazy fast engineer all-in-one! I had to asked "Where were you for my past career projects when I needed you?"  I have felt super welcomed every time and he makes you feel like your project is just as important as any celebrity he may be working with. What is also cool, is he has a full multi camera set up to shoot videos for social media as you record, all ready to go. I was blown away by the scale & detail of it. Book this space! You will be so happy that you did!

We ordered the platter and it absolutely stole the show. It came with two flavors of wings, mozzarella sticks, cheese bread, chicken tenders, and fries everything tasted greasy and great. It was huge (basically the size of the whole table) and perfect for a big group. The drinks were another highlight, I had no idea they served fish bowls and they were so fun. This was only about my third time bowling ever and it turned into one of those "I've gotta come back" nights. Our servers were incredibly sweet I wish I had their names. The first one who helped us was fantastic, and the second server was just as great and made sure we always had water. A manager even came by to greet us which really felt like the cherry on top and made us feel so well taken care of. And whoever was on aux that night deserves a raise the music made it feel like we were in the clurb in the best way.

The center itself has a retro feel to up, but also updated so as not to feel out of date. They have everything lit with cool lighting inside and all the lanes. They play great music while bowling, we were able to even request songs while we were there for the party. They have a full bar as well as a full kitchen. They also have a large game room, which is a great throw back for me growing up in the 80's. The party planner as well as the Management was super cool and friendly. Made sure we had everything we needed, kept checking on us, refilled the drinks and the food as the night went on and we were even able to bring decorations and our own cake. Which they gave us a sparkler candle to put on top as our regular candles. It was really fun. The party package was a set price of $49.95 per person, which included unlimited pizza, chicken tender, fries and various drinks. Towards the end they brought a giant platter of funnel cake fries with dips, so yummy. It also, came with 2 hours of bowling, shoe rental and $20 in game credits for each person. There are lounge style seats and surf board tables behind the lanes too. I would recommend having a party here or just come and have a get together with people and have a good time. The parking lot seems a bit sketchy though, I would park close to the front, they have a couple security guards here and I thought I saw some people lingering in the lot, so keep you valuables out of your car to prevent anyone from doing anything. Other than that, and it was just a feeling I had, (which I am almost always on point with my feelings) it was a great time and we will for sure be coming back to bowl and hang out. Enjoy!

However, I would recommend this more to families or people with small kids. They do have alcohol available and one "adults only" section but the event is clearly geared towards littles. I loved seeing everyone dressed in costume AND it was a dog friendly event! So many dog costumes AND they had a station inside with poop bags. I wish I had known! It was a little hard to find out info on the event beforehand. I loved the lights, decorations and music! They had some neat activiations like drawing on structures with glow in the dark chalk, a dance/dj tent, photo booth opportunities, ball pit, rides, trick or treating and food trucks. I wish they had MORE food trucks! They had plenty of benches available to sit and eat too. It seemed like there was a lot of empty space around the event and maybe could have utilized it a little better. Lots of portable toilets available. I wish there were some more benches or something sprinkled throughout for places to sit. Line was long to get in, but it moved super fast! I would come back next year with the little one.
