Their prices seem to be competitive and they usually will send out what is ordered immediately. That allows them to stand out from many of the other bee supply companies since I have found that some of the others will wait 3 or 4 days to send. They have a good inventory usually and their online catalog is easy to use and professional. When there has been any issues they are willing to stand behind their products and offer a refund or exchange. Really this is just a good all around supply company to do business with.

Cashier came over and helped me whisper under her breath for everyone to hear, "You had to read the directions". Rude! 99% when I check out it has the cost and I just insert card. Here I had to press pay, debit, etc. Was not clear on screen. Previous customer in front of me had issues with the other self checkout. If cashier was friendly I would have said 5 stars.

When manager showed up there was a guy hanging outside the passenger side of a mini van flipping another person off that was waiting as well(assuming they knew each other). I have been shopping here for over 2 years but will NEVER shop here after this sight of poor professionalism. Second issue - purchased batteries on Christmas Eve for my mod. I got home and the package clearly looked as if it had been already open and of course there was a bad battery out of a two pack I called the manager and asked if I could come the day after Christmas to exchange batteries and they refused because it fell outside of their 24 hr battery exchange policy. Very disappointing and I am done with this place now. Spoke with others in community and their reputation precedes them evidently!!

I have experienced nothing but the best from Dr. Wicks staff. Dr. Wicks is an excellent eye doc (both of them) and very thorough in the exam. The eye glasses area is excellent and always fully furnished. The building is an old historic bank with the old vault in the back. It is a cool feature they have in the building. Even when I had an issue with my insurance Dr. Wicks refunded my glasses until the issue could be resolved. Since the glasses hadn't been made yet it didn't cost his team anything but time, but that is the type of service that demands great customer loyalty!

We started the morning by telling me since I wasn't standing in the doorway when they unlocked them, I couldn't be a walk-in client after calling me on Friday and saying walk-ins were Monday through Thursday 8-11. Well, they were good enough to let me waste 50 minutes of my time before taking me to the back and telling me, on top of the money they were going to charge my insurance and the copay, there would be an additional $60 contact fitting fee. Who the heck is wearing contacts all the time, never needs to put on some frames and take a break? I have never had any other eyecare professional give me any static about writing a prescription for frames when they do a contact exam in 40-some-odd years. When asked about their ridiculous fee I was told that it was just store policy. I kindly asked for my glasses back and left. I'd rather deal with the insurance people on an out-of-network claim
