This is a good Home Depot with knowledgeable and helpful staff. We frequently buy large plastic totes while passing through and they always have a large selection of all sizes. The prices for the totes and boxes are pretty fair as well. read more

Paint department is totally disorganized and inept. Ordered specialty paint from warehouse and had trouble setting up the account and getting right paint. Department manager, David, was a nice man and helped as much as he could, however the department personnel failed to enter tint information under my phone number causing me extra one hour trips from my home. May 04, 2023 Stopped in to buy some lumber. Just as I was walking into the section with the lumber , two employees proceeded to push a yellow barrier into the aisle which prevented me from getting lumber. I said" what are you doing" and one of the employees said"sorry...company policy" I replied that I could get what I needed in 30 seconds and he said "why don't you go to Paris Lumber, just down the street" Evidently, this particular employee doesn't understand the connection between sales and his job! I can identify the employee and bet you I never hear a word from Home Depot! I did stop at Paris Lumber and was treated very well. read more

We live in Oregon and are renovating a house in Paris, TX. We worked with Heather at the ProDesk to get our orders set up and delivered. Communication was fabulous - texts and emails constantly so we knew the status of our order. We were relying on someone else to receive the deliveries, so this was extremely helpful. We had an incorrect item in the delivery and they got it taken care of immediately. For being out of state and trying to get these items ordered, they were extremely helpful! read more

Got to be the laziest group of workers non helping associates I ever seen! Where to begin I was checking out long line one lady working 8 Home Depot employees just stands around with other registers available! Granted I only had 4 sheets of plywood but not one person offered to help! But really what top it off someone had bought a hole pallet of what might of been cement! You think they help the person load it up not a chance drop pallet off and walked off! Probably cause he was Mexican but who knows probably just revert back to original thought lazy employees! Also no Military Discount here! ‍ Where's a LOWES AT? will never shop here again should of given local lumber my business! Only give one star cause I had too! read more
