I find that some of the younger people working here are there to get a paycheck, not much else. They are not polite, seem to have no sense of humor and frankly, make me kinda glad to be out of the store. Recently, we were in the store and a young man was chatting in German with an employee. The item he needed was packed away, and when an employee was asked to go into storage and get what the customer needed, she rolled her eyes at the customer! I could have died!

The quality of the products is excellent. The staff are great. They even go out of their way to help you find the best dollar value on your purchases. When we needed a new washing machine (which they don't carry) they put us in touch with the Picture Butte store which has everything and just as nice staff, we got our washer. If more stores could find staff like those at these two stores their businesses would really improve. We just wish they carried lumber at the Lethbridge store too.
