I feel like it may have had 1/3 of the things that the Michaels stores in Gainesville/Buford areas keep stocked. So, I always end up going to Gainesville anyway, and if I'm going all the way to Gainesville, might as well go to Hobby Lobby or Joann. The store is clean and associates are nice enough, but again, usually leave without what I came looking for. Hopefully, they'll add more variety in the near future.

SECOND are you kidding me its 2024 first off ! THIRD does this woman have a separate bathroom in her home for her husband to use ? give me a break these bathrooms are one room no one else can go in with you so why all the fuss !!!! she cant tell me or anyone else for that matter that they have never went into the mens bathroom cause the line was way shorter or go into the mens bathroom cause yet again it was a one stall bathroom and it was not occupied. so to act like such a fool because of a sign that says ANYONE can use the bathroom is ridiculous. i hope that people understand people are people and having an all gender bathroom does not make you any less of a christian or HUMAN unless im missing something i dont think everyone has 10 stalls in their house for people to go to the bathroom and i know people dont have separate bathrooms in their home for men and woman and children to use so PLEASE before you go off on a tangent about a ONE STALL BATHROOM THAT ONLY ONE PERSON AT A TIME HAS ACCESS TO STOP AND THINK whos the problem THE STORE WITH THE FREEDOM TO USE ANY BATHROOM OR THE CLOSE MINDED PEOPLE CAUSING ISSUES.

I do not know about the other employees but for sure was not a good experience and lack of customer service and care and representation of Tailor Made Construction of Mesa. The install went smoothly and they did a superb job with dust management and cleanup, beyond was I expected given that they were putting big holes in brick and concrete. Tom explained in writing via email that first the ducts needed to be cleaned as a part of mold remediation, then we would replace our HVAC system with another vendor. We agreed, in writing via email, and he sent us to Amanda to schedule. I communicated very carefully regarding the timing, all in writing. Today, the day when the work is supposed to be done, they're telling me that cleaning the ducts was not part of their quote, they'll "get me on the schedule to have it done" "but we're not doing it for free" (I didn't ask for anything for free). Our HVAC is supposed to be installed on Monday (today is Friday). I would never use this company again. ETA: I have increased my rating because the company did clean the ductwork and did it at no additional charge, which is appreciated. The communication around scheduling hasn't been ideal. When one of their employees came to replace a sump pump (based on Tom's initial quote saying it needed replacement), the employee said it didn't need to be replaced so did not perform the work. Although we appreciated his candor, Amanda attempted to bill us for this full amount noting on the invoice that they replaced the sump pump on 8/21/25. Accidents happen, and James has worked really hard to resolve these issues, but this has been a frustrating exercise.
