The owners are very friendly and knowledgeable on many arts and crafts questions you may have. It's like a thrift store with arts and crafts. I read about this place on the local NextDoor app and people were raving about it. I finally had a chance to stop in with my crafty daughter (11) and we were in a bit of heaven. There was a section near the front with completed crafts for sale and then, as you go further in, craft supplies for almost everything we enjoy. A large fabric section separates affordable large scraps from larger yardages. Beyond the doorway yarn - various weights, colors and material. I found several expensive yarns at about half of the normal prices. And we found lots of steam-punk type treasures to use as accessories for doll clothing. Even with a move to South Main St coming up, the store is neat, clean, and organized (not to mention many items are an additional 20% discounted!). Love this place! I'm visiting from out of town and stumbled upon this gem. The owner is super friendly and helpful. The store sells completed pieces as well as supplies for your own crafting. They are willing to cut some of the fabrics depending on owns them (this is a consignment store). There is a very large inventory of not only fabric but also supplies for a variety of crafts including beading, cross stitch, stamping, and candle making. I love Hidden Treasure 2! The prices, the people, the atmosphere! It is a wonderful place to browse for things you need and things you don't know you need. All things crafting along with a Gift Shop with local Handmade Arts and Crafts. All at affordable prices. Betty and Sandy, the Owners, are very knowledgeable. They can direct you to just what you need and help you get started.The classes they offer are awesome, with something for everyone. I enjoy going in and just chatting and checking out what is new. It is constantly changing with new merchandise weekly. Sandy and Betty make everyone feel welcome as soon as you walk in the door. They are friendly, kind, and very helpful. I have recommended this store to many of my friends. It is a great place to show your crafts and make some extra money. They even do local Craft Fairs.
