This is why I hired Spectacle Photo, I have seen headshots where the agent was trying to get the cheapest photographer and it shows. You get what you pay for, it's my opinion that Spectacle's prices are a great value (not cheap) but an amazing value for the quality of work you get and the obvious talent behind the lens. Rich and Caleb were incredibly patient and professional with me. I was very nervous since I have never been photographed professionally that I would have a hard time taking direction and that my photos would reflect that, but Rich did a great job of directing me and it all felt very easy and natural. Our wedding was 3/3/18 and as of today (9 weeks later) we cannot get anyone at Bright brands to respond to our call, emails, facebook messages and we HAVE NO PHOTOS! This is my worst nightmare, the thought that I wont have any wedding photos to remember the most special day of my life. We paid in full, on time, and expected to have our photos 6 weeks after the wedding, instead we leave voicemails and send email and get nothing in response. I dont want to sue, but it looks like we will have no choice. Stay far away unless you want to be a crying bride like me! I would be happy to edit/remove the review if they would return a call--I really just want my photos! Update: Still no photos, but I've been contacted through yelp by four other brides who are in the same situation. Update #2: I did manage to get my digital pictures, but not the prints that were in the contract. I contacted WFTV 9 news because they sometimes help when consumers get ripped off. https://www.wftv.com/news/take-action/286689824 They sent him a letter saying that they were working on a story with my complaint--the picture link was emailed within a week. There are now over 6 other people who contacted me through yelp who also are waiting for pictures and video.

Brian showed up and was very friendly and my family and friend welcomed him into my mother's home where we were getting ready for the ceremony. He even came to me during the reception to say it was one of the best weddings he has attended. We waited the 6 weeks to get our photos and all that was promised in the package before calling. Initially Brian said he needed more time, that he had 20 photos left to edit. Since it has been excuses of injury/surgery, hospital visits and eventual non-response to calls; my husband and I got voicemail to leave messages. We've sent emails and occasionally got responses from some representative/ editing consultant, and told 30+ photos still needed editing. To this day, NO PHOTOS! At this point it feels like we paid for a wedding crasher. Clearly a scammer. I do not recommend Final Touch Photograpy/Brian M. Sturtevant. Avoid at all costs! We will be taking action.
