I've tried to work with Yelp, but they have yet to remove it. I found the entire staff wonderful, kind and courteous. The selection and their offerings are spot on and the pricing wasn't too bad either. There is always another way to approach your health and I suggest a stop in to see if there is anything for you! Parking can be a bit tricky, but you should be able to find a place.

There were for sale signs outside of the shop and they didn't seem to have as much product as photos in previous reviews. Still, they had quite a bit and the jewelry was gorgeous. We didn't end up purchasing because the store was so packed with people and that's not my vibe. My kids were fascinated with the selection of tarot cards and loved that they have sample cards for each deck so you can see what you're getting which I thought was a great idea. Prices were fair on the items I looked at. Hope to come back at a less crowded time for sure.

As anyone could imagine this made all of us uncomfortable. Even her co-worker looked on in shock as she continued to explain that the particular shade of gray and blue seemed to work for my wife but she would never... Frankly I was astounded that that a community member at Lily Dale would be so very rude! We left the store without out customary purchase of a necklace or some other bauble that delights our eyes.

I've been using this for a long time and I am so excited to see the shop expanding from pop-ups only to a brick-and-mortar. If you are having any kind of skin issues and looking for natural remedies, talk to the owner here and she can help you find the best thing for healing. The shop is woman-owned and LGBTQ+ friendly, super welcoming. Street parking was easy to find (although that might depend on the day).

However, this is family owned and for the most part - they were almost like family to me - so a return was inevitable! What I didn't expect was the huge expansion they have gone through - ALL without me :( They have so much stuff at this place you really need to prepare to spend some time just looking around. AND let me tell you about price - I have been to the big place called Gullo's and this place knocks the prices off the big shops out near Buffalo! The people here have always been nice - always explaining and offering up advice when needed. Pricing and selection is good and parking is always free! Don't just drive by - STOP IN!
