We planned to interview multiple agents, but after meeting her, we immediately knew she was the right choice. Selling a home can be stressful, but Laurie made the process so much easier. She was always responsive, explained everything clearly, and was a steady, reassuring presence throughout. Thanks to her expertise, we received an offer within 24 hours of listing. I can't say enough great things about Laurie. She's knowledgeable, professional, and truly cares about her clients. I would highly recommend her to anyone buying or selling a home.

We submitted A full asking price CASH offer on Saturday morning, requesting a response by 5 PM on Sunday evening. Unfortunately, Sunday evening, passed without any response, even after our realtor reached out to her at 7 PM. I forgot to mention she changed the wording on Zillow AFTER we submitted our offer. This morning, we checked Zillow and found the property marked as PENDING. I believe that a truly ethical & professional realtor would have informed our realtor of any higher offers and given us the opportunity to adjust our bid accordingly. I suppose we will find out after the sale is finalized how much it sold for and to whom. While, I'm not making accusations, the circumstances of an agreement made on a Sunday night do seem questionable.

Extremely Poor Property Management Experience - Fort Myers…read more Marshall Reddick did a very poor job managing my property in Fort Myers. I relocated to California for work (RTO) and left the property in August, giving Marshall Reddick full authorization to manage everything--including tenant placement and payment of utility bills. This was by far the most horrifying property management experience I've had, and I own properties managed in other states. Over several months, I was instructed to reduce my rent five separate times due to what they claimed was a "poor market," yet the company changed real estate agents 3-4 times without my consent. Each time, they failed to run the live Facebook marketing campaign they had explicitly promised. Most alarming, I was later informed that power to the property had been shut off for three weeks before Marshall Reddick notified me. I was told this occurred due to a lack of funds, and only after the prolonged outage was I informed of a potential microbial growth issue--a serious risk to the property that should have been addressed immediately. Despite providing a 30-day notice for non-performance, Marshall Reddick ignored the notice entirely and continued to demonstrate a complete lack of accountability, communication, and urgency. This experience showed a complete disregard for: Basic property oversight Timely communication Tenant placement execution Utility management Owner fiduciary responsibility I would strongly caution any property owner--especially those managing remotely--before trusting Marshall Reddick with their investment.

We moved a few days before closing and they took this as an opportunity to constantly enter our home. We had a few items left behind waiting for friends to pick them up; everything was planned to be completed before closing. This agent entered our home several times and each time called our agent screaming about the items we left behind. My friends arrived today to pick up the three pieces of furniture and were met at the door by this agent; screaming at them about the furniture. We had already advised he was not authorized to enter our home again until the buyer walkthrough so I believe his presence there is unethical at the very least if not illegal. I would not trust them as a seller to have unlimited access to my home.

After we signed the Listing Agreement, Lesley and her team immediately went to work listing our house. Unlike most realtors that only use one or no MLS applications, Lesley is a member of several MLS services that she uses in marketing your house. One of these MLS services is one of the largest MLS's in the world and holds the prestigious title of the fastest-growing MLS in North America. During the time our house was listed Lesley was always in contact giving us updates. During the 60 days our house was on the market we had several offers in which Lesley would coordinate counteroffers back and forth. With that, she would provide negotiation strategies during negotiations. Having been a buyer and subcontract manager for a major Defense Contractor for almost 40 years I have had a vast amount of negotiation experience. I could tell Lesley has had a lot of experience in negotiations and does it incredibly well. When we finally agreed upon a contract Lesley and her team made the whole process for us as easy as possible. Lesley sold our house in 60 days and we received our full listing price. In summary, the following words explain Lesley and her team: Prepared, Efficient, Tremendous Marketing, Fantastic Communication, Exceptional Negotiation Skills, and above all else a Vast Knowledge of the Real Estate Market.
