Unfortunately, those hearing aids never meet her needs as they didn't work well, were very difficult to maintain and nearly impossible to change the batteries. At some point she had gave up on them and stopped wearing them. in late December of 2023 we were referred to Imagine Hearing Solutions through an insurance provider. I scheduled my Mom's first appointment for a hearing test for mid January. Janene (a licensed audiologist) was very friendly yet professional and made my Mom feel totally comfortable. She was very thorough in asking lots of questions and then explaining all the options to my Mom and why she did not have success with her previous hearing aids. My Mom selected her new hearing aids and had impressions taken for her new hearing aids. She was very excited about the potential of finally being able to have improved hearing. We were notified about 2 weeks after her first appointment that her new hearing aids had arrived. I contacted Janene and we had her new hearing aids fitted on February 5th. Once again, Janene was very thorough in explaining how to use the new hearing aids: from inserting, charging, cleaning, using the phone app to select the different filters, and answering any questions my Mom had. Since then Mom has had 2 additional follow up appointments and Janene has gone above and beyond addressing any concerns and insuring she is having the best possible experience with her new hearing aids. I encourage anyone that has hearing difficulties to make an appointment with Janene at Imagine Hearing for a hearing test. She will take great care of you and provide you an honest assessment of what can be accomplished with today's hearing aids.

Whomever is relaying the messages, seems to be disabled because the messages have never been relayed correctly. Krystal was quite unfriendly which is ironic since she's the patient care coordinator. They are very uptight about covid. Cleanliness is of utmost importance but they are so nervous that they don't allow walk-ins. Further, they don't seem to want the business because they don't help with following up with doctors or insurance.

I told him he had a deviated septym and his nose was getting more sideways and he always does this sniffing breating thing. This was before even looking at my son. He said I should take my son to get his allergies checked. Which I then told him I had. Then he looked at my son and said oh yes he has a deviated septym and if he was 19 I would do the surgery immediately. Then he asked if I as a parent wanted to put him through 2 surgeries!!!!! One now and one in a couple years. I asked if there was anything we could do in the mean time he said try nasal strips!! He was so rude and not at all what a doctor should be.

I checked with her insurance company at a later date and they said they would have covered part of it. When I called this company to tell them the man said it was too late to recover any of it and the person who helped her was no longer there Two days ago I took her hearing aids in the be cleaned- I also told the man they never fit in her ears properly. They fall out. She didn't tell them before, she should have but doesn't like to complain... even tho she should. The man was very arrogant and told me they were too old that she should get a new one. I told him that she was on a very limited income and she couldn't afford new ones. He was not very sympathetic and acted as though he didn't want her to come in to have it adjusted since they were older. He was not at all welcoming, friendly or caring! I asked her why and she said I wanted my prescription phoned in to Chapa De Pharmacy and she said she would NOT call it in. Boy, was she irritated so I left. I later told the person behind the counter to tell Dr. Grewal why I am not coming back due to her lack of caring and bad attitude. It is not up to her where I get my prescriptions filled as I had a previous prescription he prescribed filled at Chapa De called Donepezil. I doubt the person behind the counter told him of the problem so he would not be aware of it but probably doesn't care. No worries, he's not the only doctor in town...

She left the practice recently and while I understand that people move on, I was never notified of her decision. No one let me know that I would be assigned to a new member of the team (who hasn't even started at this point). I called to have an appointment regarding something timely and was pushed out for another week and a half because of an issue with the staff. From there, they didn't even suggest the other possibilities for me to be seen sooner. I figured out ON MY OWN that I could be seen at a walk-in clinic. I needed to have some paperwork filled out but the physicians on staff cannot complete this because the person who performed my physical is no longer working there. They did try to work with me and give me an alternative but when that wouldn't work, they wanted to charge me for a second physical for the year. This is baloney, I already had a physical. It is not my fault that they are having staffing issues. I will gladfully take my medical business elsewhere. I kind of suggest you do too.
