I have lived at the Haven for over 6 months now, and I'm pleased to report that it has been a high quality experience.
Located within walking distance of both Scissortail Park and Midtown, the Haven is ideal for a downtown living experience. Additionally, the closed brick structure of buildings blocks out essentially all noise from downtown.
The interior is quiet, peaceful, and safe due to the double gate implement. The pool, grill, and hot tub area are nice, and the hot tub actually works year round. This place is ideal for people who aren't ready to move out to the suburbs quite yet, want the opportunity to socialize with neighbors, and do not want a noisy, party environment.
For me, the standout of this place has been how friendly and accommodating the management has been, including all the maintenance staff and especially the building manager, Sarah Wheeler. She is always very friendly, does an excellent job of making you feel like you are at home, and she genuinely cares about helping to meet your accommodations/requests. I cannot say this of any other apartment at which I have lived.
My suggestion for improving the place is to add a pedestrian gate.
Overall, a great living experience. read more
