I have been with Lorraine for almost a month now and can safely say that she has completely changed my life and point of view on food. She provides such a comfortable and safe environment to talk about not just food, but my cognitive and mental outlook on my life. Upon my consultation, she made sure to note all aspects of my health and past eating habits, and created a delicious customized meal plan based on my preferences, as I am primarily plant based. These plans also integrate meal prep into them, which has reduced my snacking tendencies, as I can just grab my prepped meals from the fridge. I have fallen in love with cooking at home again and get excited about each meal as they are all so diverse and completely satiate me. It's crazy how quickly my taste preferences have changed and crave her recipes.
