Located on the 21/F of Guangdong Investment Tower, Pacific Cigar Divan is more of a member cigar lounge. There are no ads promoting it, nor is there direction on the web to drive people here, making this secret place more posh and classy. I'm lucky enough to have been to this place, despite the fact that I don't really smoke cigar. Pacific Cigar is the exclusive distributor of all Cuban cigars in Asia Pacific and Pacific Cigar Divan is their cosy lounge area for smokers to smoke and gather. This place is extremely homely and cosy, with oil paintings hanging on the wall and comfortable big coaches, featuring an old British upper-class vibe. Since they don't have a liquor license, they don't provide alcohol but only tea or soda. However, I think it's good enough to chill and smoke a cigar while catching up with friends. It's very easy to lose track of time here with their comfortable ambiance. I thought the stink of cigarette would stay on my clothes but surprisingly there were no signs of cigarette stink at all, which is good. In that case, I don't mind coming more often.

A lot of the stuff at Muji is nice, but at the same time some of the designs can get a little repetitive, since everything is kind of designed to look the same. There is a little more diversity here. Secondly, they have a great selection of books is also quite good. They are more about studying rather than fiction (so I guess non-fiction?), so they have a good number of study guides and stuff like that. I saw a reasonably priced CFA guide in the store. The prices are reasonable here. Not super cheap or anything, and considering the location and size of this store, there is a mark up when compared to some of those super tiny stationary stores on the side of the road... but it's still good value, especially since I like coming here a lot.
