I recently required the assistance of a qualified attorney in a gun rights restoration case. I did…read moreseveral days of research and made several calls to various attorneys and firms regarding their area of specialties and their rates ( Flat fee vs hourly) Mr. Ulman had specific experience in this area and others as well and presented me with a FLAT FEE for the service that was nearly half what I was being quoted by other firms who explained to me that they were "larger and more qualified". I decided to go with Mr. Ulman and I can very gladly say I made the correct choice. Mr. Ulman was outstanding in the customer service category ( 5 Stars). The legal process was started immediately and I was kept apprised of every step along the way. A process I was told by the other firms could take up to 2 months to complete took him 3 weeks to close with the courts and this was all during the Covid shutdown. If I ever require legal assistance again you can bet my money will be on Timberline Legal Services and Mr. Ulman. Cant Say Enough!!!

Answer a few standard questions, chat about your impending death, and whammo! You've got yourself a legally binding will, power of attorney, health care advance directive, etc. Betsy also told us everything about death we wouldn't have even known to ask. Plus, she and her husband even come to *your* house for a signing party so you get the documents right away. It wasn't cheap, but check to see if your company has a legal plan (ours paid for almost everything!). But it was thorough, painless, and quick. Just like I hope that impending death of mine will be.
