For what you're doing I'd say offer it as a service. If you need a link removed amazons 8 dollar one works great and you won't have to worry about it again. It's easy, and if you can't figure it out by looking at it YouTube is a click away. However, this isn't a watch shop. The store was very inviting and clean. The customer service was top notch. I'd more than likely grabbed a case knife if I wasn't paying 10 bucks to remove a link from a watch though. I still recommend you try this place out if you into gold and silver though.
