This was clearly not a supply chain issue. Therefore, I contacted Dreamline directly, and I discovered that the order had never been placed by Ferguson. It was only with the direct intervention and follow up from the manufacturer that I finally received the shower doors. Dreamline was fanastic to do business with, and their product is great too. However, I will never do business with Ferguson again.

Steve and James came over and…read moredid some pretty precarious high ladder work to change them out, and also change out the dimmer which was probably the cause of prior bulbs failing way too soon as the dimmer replaced was not rated for LED, as it was probably original to the 2005 house. Steve and James were great guys who went above and beyond and made sure everything was 100% and cleaned up. They also suggested work arounds to use the equipment I bought for the job. Shout out to Jeremy who set up the task with me giving me options for how to accomplish the job. It's the 2nd time I've used A-American Electric and both times the electricians were stellar. Definitely my electricians here in Arden.
