I am always afraid to get a worker to fix anything around my house. One reason is because many…read moreworkers around here do not do quality work. I have paid for repairs only to have them be bad repairs. So then I had to pay someone else to fix those repairs. Another reason is some workers never show up, & I feel like I am begging for them. Other workers leave a mess behind, & I need to spend hours cleaning up after them. Other workers cut corners & rip me off. So....it is with pleasure that I can highly recommend Vural Home Services. The owner is Binali Vural. He came to my home, fairly assessed the situation, told me what was needed, explained how many hours it would take, worked with me on the price, & came out today to do the repairs. He not only showed up on time, but he was 5 minutes early. He was extremely polite & a hard worker. In addition he uncovered an additional issue & fixed it as well. It was so refreshing to work with someone who has integrity & a fantastic work ethic. We both speak different languages, but he has a translator on his phone allowing him to speak his native Turkish, & then I get to hear it in English. It was so great to connect with him. I will be asking for his help on future projects, & I highly recommend him.

WWHF took the original flooring in a 1920's home we were rehabbing and made the floors the best part of the project. This new project in Tarpon Springs was much more complicated. The floors were engineered hardwood and other vendors had already claimed that the work could not be done. Along comes Will, and he assures me that there will be no problem. Because of my previous experience with Will, I hire him to do the job. In the back of my mind, I'm still wondering if I haven't just made a BIG mistake in expecting anyone to succeed in this task. I can now say that Will made a liar out of the other guys, and has a new biggest fan! If you are not calling Will Pelaez to come and take care of your hardwood flooring needs, chances are you are not getting enough value for your remodeling dollars!
