From the moment guests walked in, they couldn't stop talking about how beautiful, modern, and spacious the venue was. The amenities are a major plus and made the entire event stress-free. The staff was AMAZING -- so helpful, accommodating, and on top of everything. They helped set up the space so beautifully, it honestly felt like a dream! And let me talk about the bar DFW Bartending came THROUGH. My guests were raving all night about how fast the bartender (Gabby) was, how delicious the drinks were, and how professional she was. The bar service alone elevated the entire event. Another huge highlight: the restrooms and dressing rooms. The bride and groom suites were modern, spotless, and absolutely beautiful -- seriously luxury vibes. Everything was super clean and well maintained. If you're looking for a venue that will truly wow your guests, look no further. Ten10Events is perfect for graduations, weddings, celebrations -- anything you want to feel special and unforgettable. About a week before your event you'll receive a mock up of your frame that will be sent to your guests either digitally or printed. This is the moment my experience went sour. They sent a proof over with their website url on the front and when I inquired about it they tried to charge an additional $50 to remove it (which wasn't listed anywhere on their site, our paid contract, or during the booking process.) After I refused to pay the owner tried to "school" me on marketing, branding, and their view of industry standard. So just fyi, if you also think it's tacky to have their url on the front of all your photos be prepared to pay an additional $50 than your original quote. Also my event was 3.2 miles from their Richardson office and there was still an added fuel surcharge despite their website saying if you're over 35 miles away. A better description would be you will be charged fuel + the quote vs *additional fuel charges may apply. They will. These felt like sneaky hidden fees. If I hadn't already paid in full and found out with less than 5 days before our event, I would have canceled and went with another company.

These guys were on time, and though their designated place to set up the open air booth was not enough room, they improvised and relocated it without any disruption to our wedding reception. My only advise would be to get a better quality printer, the digital images quality was perfect however. The company as a whole is reliable and very professional. In the months leading up to the wedding, Megan and Brandon worked with us to create the perfect color scheme, fonts and layout to match the theme of our big day. Their attention to detail and dedication to making it look exactly like we wanted showed just how much they cared. On our big day, they showed up early and had everything set up and ready to go well before the reception even started. The pictures turned out great, and all of our guests raved about how much fun the photo booth was! We even had multiple guests grab cards from them before leaving, stating they would be booking them for future work and social events. Besides their attention to detail, and energy while interacting with our guests, they also offered several options for delivering your photos. When you were done taking your 4 photos, you could choose to have them emailed to you, texted to you, or printed on a colored 4x11 sheet unlike most others that come in small strips. I had never seen anything like this before while using other companies. In all, Your Pic was definitely a hit, and I would certainly recommend booking them before they're all booked up!! :)

The Perfect All-in-One Wedding Venue…read more 34 Events was the absolute perfect venue for our wedding. The space is beautiful and exactly what we envisioned for our day. We hosted both our ceremony and reception there for 150 guests, and it couldn't have worked out better. One of the biggest advantages of 34 Events is how much is handled in-house. From linens and flatware to special lighting, catering, and the bar, so much was coordinated through the venue, which made the planning process incredibly easy and stress-free. The food was prepared on-site and was delicious. We received numerous compliments from our guests. We also utilized Hope's Day-of Coordination services, and it was worth every penny. Hope is simply amazing. She made the entire day feel calm and effortless, allowing us to truly enjoy every moment. We are so grateful for her care, organization, and attention to detail. Both Hope and Alex were incredibly responsive throughout the process, and we genuinely enjoyed working with them. If you're looking for a stunning venue with outstanding service and a team that truly takes care of you, we cannot recommend 34 Events enough. We had a perfect day thanks to them.

Now that my husband and I have settled into life together I can do this review. My mom did a review…read moresome time ago but this is from my perspective! When I came to Jupiter Garden for a tour back in March 2024. I felt like it was the right place. We looked at many places, but this place fit our budget. I worked with Amber Williams, who coordinated everything, with which I had a great experience. She was with me every step of the way in planning. She went out of her way to get me information on anything I asked about. My wedding date was set for October 12, 2024. Everything ran smoothly up until a week and a half before my date. I received a call from Terry Badmus (the owner) stating that they let her go, which I was disappointed about. It's a business, and things happen. What I didn't like was that it seemed that I had to start my contract from scratch. I had received a text saying that I had a remaining balance, but everything was paid in full months before. I had to have an additional meeting with the owner to go over my whole contract. During this meeting, I was told I didn't have enough servers, had to pay additional for that, and was told one of the rooms we had was an additional 800. We opted out due to that additional charge not being part of the budget, and we still had catering, photographers, and videographers to pay for. And he was a bit unprofessional when it came to Amber. I didn't appreciate his berating of her service provided when I had a wonderful experience with her. He had another young lady take over for Amber. The young lady's name is Hiqmah, and although very nice, she dressed unprofessionally for our first meeting with the owner for the final walk-through as well as on the day of my wedding. On the rehearsal/setup day, we had to unexpectedly share that time with another bride and her family. It was frustrating because it was my time, and we got double booked. On the wedding day, we ran into some issues with tables and chairs for my guests, but the staff worked well to fix the issues before the guests arrived. Overall, my wedding was a success! The wedding ceremony took place in the garden courtyard, and the reception was inside. Pros: Decorum is included, and you get to pick what you want; it's spacious and accommodating for up to 200 persons; you can bring in your own food and or catering; you can do any additional decorations you want; staff was friendly and accommodating; dressing rooms were nice but could use a slight update. Cons: no kitchen, fridge, etc.; not many restrooms for a lot of guests; restrooms need an update.
