From the reminder call the day before my appt, I knew to come early between 7-9a to drop off my dogs. She told me that they would be ready around noon. The service i paid for was a simple bath. She also trimmed their claws and cleaned out their ears. When I picked up my girls, they smelled lightly fragrant and were so soft. I really liked how she trimmed the fur around their paws when she did their claws. All this normally costs $25, so I felt I got a good deal. I don't normally take my girls to get professionally bathed, but if I were to do this again, i would def consider coming back. Only issue for me was that it's for from home for me.

She smells like urine when we pick her up. Two times ago she developed a severe UTI directly after boarding and this time she definitely has some sort of feverish infection. I'm just not impressed and it's frustrating having to pay for vet visits after we board our dog.
