Downside they did not blend his fade and the top of his hair is uneven. It looks like an untrained barber did it in the basement. I chose this place because of reviews and should've just went to any old Sports Clips. We got a lesser quality cut for higher price. When she finished she didn't ask me, the parent of the 8 year old, my thoughts just hopped him up and rang us up without saying anything. She didn't say one word to my son when cutting his hair. The first time I went was for a touch up on my roots. That's the first picture below. You can see The highlights are EXTREMELY spaced and far too brassy in color. I'll add my hair had been toned and "glossed". Which I also don't recommend the gloss since I saw no real difference in the texture of my hair. After leavening the first time and breaking down after getting home, I called back and said I wasn't quite happy, they're we're very helpful and able to get me back in that week. Well, I go back and they added more highlight but now the top two inches of my hair is so brassy, and the rest is my normal blonde color. The best part is. I was told just to use a purple shampoo and it should start to blend it with the rest of my hair. If you're a blonde, you know purple shampoo does nothing if that hair was never lightened enough from the start. I have no other option than to just wait it out and see my normal stylist back home. If you are blonde, this is not the salon for you. It's really hard to find a stylist who can treat blond hair right and unfortunately this place is not it. The second photo is post my second appointment, the third is after the at home toner I decided to try in a last stitch effort to fix this mess. Mind you, I paid $180 for color, trim, toner, and "gloss". I paid almost $200 for my hair to be turned brassy yuck.

Kayla did my pedicure and she was quiet but very sweet. We would definitely go back here. It's a clean salon which seems to have a lot of clientele. I was just washing my face and boom another nail popped off into the sink! If you go to Venus nails don't get the gel X or if you do understand, they are going to do the worst job ever!
