(Roadside assistance is not through State Farm but a vendor, however legally they are responsible for the actions and conduct of any vendors they do business with). When I called trying to get these things addressed the following day trying to get my complaint addressed I had the misfortune to speak to Devin who apparently has the IQ of a houseplant, the customer service skills of a rock and the emotional and intellectual maturity of a 5 year old. Trying to pass the buck at every turn while gaslighting me. I won't tolerate being treated like garbage by these entitled customer service representatives that think we should feel privileged they even speak to us. When I had enough of his nonsense I asked to speak to another agent which he refused. He then gave me Ryan's number and I texted him or left a message but I received no response. I called again the next day and spoke with another agent who said they would notify him and he would return my call. No response. I am a licensed healthcare profession, I am a veteran, I was a 9/11 first responder. Other than the price gouging State Farm engages in the thank you I got for any of my service was to be treated with disrespect and disdain. I wouldn't go near this agency again if they were the last insurance carrier in the state. I fired this agent and moved to another. The verdict is still out on State Farm itself but I won't do business with obtuse people who have no understanding of what customer service is.

Our agent did not do anything proactively to assist to find another policy. After 19 emails and a 4-point inspection, learning that the agent knew this ahead of time was more than disappointing, it was dishonest. I should have reported them to the state for their business practices.
