Apparently they got full an left their plates on the buffet line. They proceeded to the door and told management they changed their minds and didn't want the food and walked. Mind you they had eaten from the plates..... management went and emptied the plates back to the buffet!!! WTH!!! They then took the empty to go plates to the kitchen and washed them out and dried them at the front desk in front of me. Three more people walked in and were given those plates. I confronted management about this. And she said "we will do better next time" No Mam there is no next time for me. Nasty and disgusting!!!
