We would show her an invoice and she would automatically say oh there is a new invoice that reflect the new cost. We actually never got a complete invoice for credits etc. But Lisa got her money up front. She promises stuff she has no idea how to do it nor does she actually own the items she claims she has to rent to you. We caught her in numerous lies. We were just happy to see her go and will most definitely not recommend her and her family to anyone. Also Lisa there is no need to write a rebuttal because we all know it will be filled with lies The only reason you got one star is because you can't leave a review without one otherwise it would of been none. She is a real piece of work the wedding was six months ago and I was clear that no rebuttal would be necessary. Don't talk about my character worry about yours and your reputation ( I have a right to let others know that your service was horrible) Get over it !

We were given really immature excuses, like, "my Google calendar didn't tell me about your wedding for some reason." She finally found somebody to come out and got everything installed literally as the wedding started. The flowers were all tangled since it was thrown up so quickly. After the wedding, they were supposed to come tear everything down. Our venue had a deadline for us to be out. My parents had to stand around waiting and waiting for someone to show up. More tracking down Anna. They decided they would just come back in the morning and did not mention that to any of us. The next day, I reached out to Anna to talk about the incident. I had to explain how unacceptable this was to even get an apology. I spent my getting ready time on my wedding day tracking down Dancenhance who literally took our money and forgot the wedding.
