After relocating to the area, I needed to find a good groomer .I asked around and a few people had suggested this place.So I called, booked an appt. On the day of the appt, I was given a tour of the place and another couple had come in to pick up their dog. They were told that it would be a few more hours and that they would be called.I was a bit taken back by all of the hair on the floor from other dogs and even made light of it by saying that there was enough hair to make a blanket. When I saw the bathing area , I again was a bit shocked as it was a tub raised up on a crudely made platform, when I asked if my dogs were to be given access to water, I was told that they would. I also gave them explicit instructions on what NOT to do.I took them in at 10am, between the tour and the "getting to know you" part it was about 30min. I left with the understanding that they would be there for just a couple of hours. I came back 3 hrs later and was told that they were not done yet and that I would be called when they were done. So I left again. At 4:52 pm, I was called and was told they were done ,come pick them up. So I rushed back to get them. I was met by "Belinda" and she was waiting with the ipad to ring me up. I asked to see my dogs , she said after you pay we will bring them out. I hastily paid and she brought them out. Our smallest one had the look of extrme fear in her eyes when she ran to me, she was also the one that I requested to only bathe and trim her nails no haircut needed. She had been clipped practically bald on top of her head. Our other one was clipped way too short for her breed as well as her paws were bleeding from getting cut to short. I was not happy and even let them know how I was not satisfied with their service. I have never had a grooming session take as ling as this did, nor have I ever experienced the low standard of quality as I experienced here.I should have heeded my instinct. I will Never take them here again. And even more so I Highly recommend NOT using their service to anyone. The attitude I was given , the quality of the groom and shop appearance and the length of time it took was not acceptable by my standards nor by the many people we encountered .
