Pain meds were not given on time! Call light was never answered. If a patient needed to be assisted by wheelchair for Bathroom they were out of luck. Needed to wear a depends. Aids were beligerent if asked for anything. Nurses were understaffed. read more

I thought Greenfield physical therapy staff was outstanding.really top care. on one Sunday I had a nurse for my husband with nails so long they curled. I went out to nurses station she was spitting sunflower seeds into a cup playing video games. she would not look up at me and when she finally did she talked to me constantly playing her game. I worked in the medical field for 35 years and never in my life have I witnessed anything like this. absolutely no place for this. she came in the room and had some jibber that made no sense. if I could give less than one star I would. My grandmother was there for nursing care- and it was an absolute disgrace. Hours would pass without her diaper being changed, she would be forgotten in her room for meals- to many she would need assistance with- she was paralyzed on her left side. Weeks would go by where we would request testing for UTIs and it would be ignored. I could go on and on. I made a formal complaint through NYS but in typical NYS fashion- the process is moving slower than molasses. read more

My mom is a new resident in "The Terrace", (memory care) at Greenfield. In our short time spent here, I've visited several times a day, the staff is very nice and have listened to every concern I have had in our transitioning my mother to her new home. Her area houses just women which is nice. The other areas on site can accommodate men and I believe couples as well (?). She has a private bedroom and full bath. The building is clean, bright and happy. There is a lovely large courtyard that will be a wonderful place for the residents to sit and walk during the nice weather. The admissions team helped me navigate the logistics with insurances and Dr.'s. They were reassuring and extremely kind. So far, the entire care team (nurses and aides) have been great taking care of our needs. I am appreciative of them all. I would recommend Greenfield, The Terrace if you are looking for a facility for memory care. read more

I was fired from this here for being honest to a person who lives there. I lost all my time that I had worked hard for. The pictures they put on for advertisement are FAKE; they are actors, not the real people and workers. Mandation is unreal, everyday. They tell you you have to stay and cant leave. BS, my butt is gone. 130 hours to 350 hours overtime everyweek is not possible. This place is wearing the staff out out. People are getting sick. Department of Health needs to be notified!!! read more

Would really like to give this faculty 0 star rating!! What goes on here is not acceptable behavior from staff members. There seems to be no disciplinary actions for staff when they are caught doing deplorable things to patients. Not sure how they get away with this sort of treatment. Everyone at the facility seems to cover up for one another. So basically if you are a patient there that is not able to fight back, because of a physical or mental disability you are at their mercy. This is scary and inhumane. I believe if you hate your job so much that you have to take out your frustrations out on innocent, patients, you need to get another job! Not to mention the risk and liability the facility is subject to. These patients need love, care and compassion. read more
