The Customer service was chi down to earth, but they weren't enforcing the Mask rule and allowing customers to browse and touch things while not wearing a mask. They also asked me to take off my mask to "prove" that it was me on my ID, which turned me off instantly. Just suggesting some precautions before shopping there. read more

Easily the best smoke shop in Trinidad, I can confirm because I went to every single one of them and this store stood out the most. The staff was unbelievably friendly, patient, and actually caring, not just sweet talking you to spend you hard earned cash, I forgot the guy's name, but he's the blonde dude with the fade and beard, he personally walked me through basically everything and told me everything I needed to know even tho I told him I only have a credit card. (Ps they only accept cash or debit). Neither the less I came back shortly with a debit card and got my hands on the best concentrates I've ever smoked. I drove all the way from Dallas Texas too and I can easily say it was worth the visit. Please show this store the same love that they tested me with. read more

The people who work here are nice and do their jobs well but the weed is so commercialized and they don't care what they're selling anymore. I bought a $55 oz of shake and it looked like tobacco. So I'm not sure what type of professionalism is expected for the staff at this establishment, but when you have someone acting aggressively towards you not even 10 seconds after entering the store you are bound to lose customers. This is not the place to go. I would definitely recommend saving your money for a less anxiety invoking environment to CannaCity because I couldn't even make a purchase I was that flustered. I'd give half a star if possible. Interesting how Yelp rating is no where near their absurd Google rating which is obviously fixed. Everyone here was rude from the moment I walked in. They also failed to put a gram of budder in the bag but charged me for it anyway (and heck I noticed within seconds of exiting). They didn't care. Even with a camera outside and the ability to see I didn't stash it or go to my car or anything. They also lied repeatedly about "laws" and misrepresented the Colorado marijuana laws to justify their rude behavior. read more

My experience was fantastic! I placed an order online because I felt more comfortable going through every item on the menu. The online menu is accurate and informative I suggest looking it over before you go. You can also mix and match your shopping cart to get the maximum variety within the limit of order. At the dispensary, I just told the concierge that I ordered online then like 2 minutes later I meet Chandra who is 100% awesome. We talked about the products that I purchased and she covered many of the points that I read online plus had first hand knowledge. There was a long wait, and when you go inside, the staff doesn't really answer very many questions, the amber live. Resin carts are definitely not worth the money, and the bottoms of them are loose and when you tell the employee that they tell you that it's your battery and not their cart so don't waste your money, now I'm stuck with three very expensive low quality items! read more

Planned a trip to Trinidad and was looking for an experience similar to Exclusive in Ann Arbor. I found Green Solution to have a most difficult Website to navigate. It took way too long to build an account, but I thought it would be worth it to get the $10 bonus for signing up. Well after an hour wasted that I'll never get back, I finally jumped the hoops and then it explains you won't get the bonus the first time you order. In my opinion this is just a scam to collect information which in hind sight I hope they don't sell to a third party. After checking the site for variety I found it lacking. At this point I considered ordering what they had and finishing at another provider. But it was so cumbersome I gave up and figured the 10% discount for ordering would be another "come on" because by now the trust was broken. The Green Solution was my favorite shop in Trinidad (out of the 3 we went to). It was very professional, clean, and the staff was friendly and knowledgeable. I love their packs of pre-rolls (great price- between, $35-$50 for 10) & their Nectar Bee "potency enhancer" for $10! That stuff is pure magic! My husband and I can't wait until we take our next trip to the Rockies... Green Solution will ALWAYS be my first stop in Trinidad. They have specials upon specials and a knowledgeable staff that HELPS you choose whats best for you or will give you super helpful information on things you want to try for the first time. We used to shop here regularly. Can be a bit pricey but good quality and service. We do NOT like the new packaging style, pre pack under nitrogen in blister packs. This is a large corporation and we get that! However sometimes you should remember your "roots" if you want to stay ahead of the curve. We do not shop here any longer. read more
